A piece of aluminum soffit fell off of my houses gable and Christian Bailey fixed it right away by climbing up to the top ~40 feet high. He ensured that all adjacent pieces were secure as well. He realized that this work could be accomplished in a short time and did not try to make a meal out of it. I really appreciate his work ethics... I would certainly call him next time I need help with any project - big or small.

Response to my first inquiry was extremely quick. We scheduled the appointment right away and the guys showed up exactly when they said they would. They went up on the roof diagnosed the problem and fixed it. They did not try to sell me other things and they mentioned that if any problems arise to call them right away. Very impressed with their service. Would definitely use them again. Top notch. A++++++

Three huge trees fell on my house because of Hurricane Sandy. I contacted Jason Reed at Creative Construction Solutions. Jason immediately contacted a tree company to remove the trees that crushed 2/3 of the roof and they put a tarp over the damaged area to stop the water damage. He then met with my insurance adjuster to negotiate a fair damage assessment and managed the repair of all damage, permitting and inspection through Fairfax County, that included removing the trees, replacing 2/3 of the trusses and all of the roofing materials, repairing extensive damage to the drywall ceilings, replacing the entire wood flooring system that was ruined by water damage, repairing the electrical damage where the trees crushed through the ceilings, replacing the damaged trim and repainting the interior walls that had water damaged, repairing the damage to brick on the exterior where biggest tree fell on the house. Jason and Creative Construction Solutions came through on every aspect to repair the extensive damage throughout the house in a very timely fashion. They did a wonderful job, on time and on budget. I was so pleased with their the timely response and good work that I paid Jason a $500 bonus out of my own money (not reimbursed by the insurance company) and I will always be grateful for the fine job Jason and his contractors did on my home. I wish I had known Jason years ago when I purchased and remodeled 10 other homes in Northern Virginia.

Creative Construction Solutions, Inc (Jason) was very professional. I am very pleased with the work and the price of the job. The workers were prompt and the job was completed in a timely manner.

My old kitchen sliding glass door quit working well. It was sticking, and falling off the track, and getting stuck on a piece of metal that was sticking out a little, and generally being very difficult to open and close. It was an old door, installed many, many years before I purchased this house ? quite possibly, older than I am. It had been a very good door until we managed to break it. We had two others exactly like it, too, on the back of the house ? and they were in excellent condition. I worried about this a lot. On one hand, I really needed a door that worked well. My dogs need to go in and out several times a day, and they?re used to going to the kitchen door! On the other hand, I didn?t want a mismatched door on the back of my house, and I didn?t want to replace all three doors. Jason came to my house to take a look at my door. He told me that they still make my door! He said that I could get pretty much a near-exact replacement, if I wanted. That was such a relief to hear! But, he didn?t want me to make a choice without knowing all my options. He could offer me just about any door I could possibly want. In the end, even though some of the doors were spectacular, I decided to replace my door with the same thing. For right now, that made the most sense to me. The price was reasonable and Jason?s crew did an excellent job with the install. I am a very happy customer! In fact, when I replace my front door and windows this spring, I know exactly who I am going to call.

It ended up being such an easy process, and such a huge relief to know we now have a brand new roof, of better quality than the last, that will last for years and years. We worked with Jason Reed. During the consult he climbed up on the roof to take photos/notes to document the condition of the roof and areas of damage. He was very patient in going over the damage he found and showed us the photos of the areas of concern. He also explained how the insurance process would work if we decided to move forward. At no point did he pressure us to make a decision on the spot, which I especially appreciated since I like to mull over big decisions like this. When we were ready to move forward with the process, Jason handled as much of the communication with the Home Owner's Insurance as he possibly could. It took all the stress out of the entire process for me. I provided the required paperwork and $500 deductible to my insurance company and before I knew it the supplies were delivered to the house and ready to be installed! The crew that came out to install the roof were very professional and polite. The day was blistering hot and I was amazed by their efficiency in getting the job done despite the heat. They went so far as to go over the yard more than once to be sure they picked up all the roofing nails/debris from the old roof because they knew I had dogs. I was very appreciative of that. Jason stopped by first thing in the morning before work began, mid-day to check progress, and again at the conclusion of the day. I could not have asked for better customer service, the entire process was so easy and so quick!

The job has not been completed. We hired Creative Constructions Solutions on April 5 2013. It's now end of September and the job still incomplete. Creative Constructions sent Max Lyon to do our job. Max Lyon installed the utility sink in the laundry room; and the sink/ faucet in the kitchen in about a week. Which is a long time for these two things. However the installation was well done. The installation of the bathroom took for ever. We never knew when he was coming to do the job. Weeks past by and he never called or email to let us know the status; and when we tried to reach him there was no answer. He completed most of the job in the bathroom by mid-July. However, there are still items that need to be installed in it. The installation of the utility sink in the basement has not started. We already paid 3/4 of the full amount. :-( Pros: when the job is done it is well done. Cons: Irresponsible; unreliable; working hours (from 10am to 3pm), if he shows.

Jason Reed called back immediately when I placed a call regarding my roof leaking. Within a few hours he was at my home, diagnosed the problem, and placed a tarp on the roof to prevent further water damage. He called me several times with updates on when the work would be done. He was extremely professional and Adam, the young man who did the work was very courteous and professional. I was given options on materials and prices. The first roofing company I called said they could send someone out in two to three days. Not acceptable when the weather forecast was more rain that day and the roof w as leaking. Jason was here on time and very professional. I would strongly recommend Creative Construction Solutions for all kinds of interior and exterior work.
