They arrived early and got right to work and they finished in about 90 minutes.
We will definitely use again (since we have to hook back our kitchen island receptacle in a few weeks).

Excellent and prompt communication and responsiveness.  We aligned schedules and John and his team were on time as expected (and even a bit early as a prior job was completed earlier than expected).
The job was quickly assessed on site and a plan was made for running new wiring from the garage panel to the basement room.  This required drilling through concrete panels and fishing wire.  The cable runs were done with minimal drywall damage which was impressive and wiring was concealed well.  Proactively, they ran a 2nd circuit to the same room just in case additional heavy AMP use equipment was added in the future.  Very smart.
The new LED recessed lights were added to the room which makes a huge difference as the existing ceiling fan light was very dim.  They connected to the same switch as the fan light which gives us to the opportunity to turn both on with the same switch (with dimmer control) or turn the fan light off using the pull string on the fan itself.  The fan blades are controlled separately.  Fishing the line for the new can lights was done with no damage to the drywall.
All in all, very professional and well executed.  Will use again for other work and would recommend.

Everything went great.  Scheduled this service just two days earlier and Webb Electrical told me they could probably fit me in.  They contacted me within the time frame they said they would and performed the job in a professional and efficient manner.  I will definitely use them again.

John Webb was very responsive and quick to fit my appt into his schedule as early as possible which was great. My immediate need was to replace two outlets that had sparked when plugging in various things. We ended up having him replace 6 outlets that were old and worn out - I suspect the outlets hadnt been replaced in a very long time since the previous home owners had lived here for over 50 years.
He tested an additional outlet to make sure it was grounded and discovered that another outlet was not grounded. 
I plan on calling him back for future work.

John Webb came with one of his employees to install the lights. They were professional, prompt, creative and appropriately priced.  The best part of the experience is they were able to fit my work in on 12 hours notice. I appreciate the good work and would recommend them to anyone who needs electrical work done.

I am very happy with the service that I received from this company.  We had recessed lights installed in our living room.  There were no pre-existing lights or fans in the ceiling.  They installed six lights with a dimmer.  It's been about one month and everything has worked perfectly.  They also installed an electrical outlet above the fireplace for our TV.  No problems.  They did not repair drywall for us; we had another contracter help us with that. 
They arrived promptly and finished quickly.  I think everything took about 4 hours.  I highly recommend this company and plan to use their services again. 

Webb was 1 of 3 electricians I contacted. He quickly responded to my inquiry. He was professional and cordial on the phone and and made me feel confident that he knew what he was doing. He was able to get to us in a timely manner. And he diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and for a very reasonable price. I'll definitely keep his name number saved in my phone for future needs.

Great job! Very meticulous work!

I was very happy with Webb's services. I called them around 8:30 a.m. on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving hoping to get someone out soon as we were leaving town the next day. They were able to come out in about two hours.

We knew what the problem was (due to a prior visit by Dominion). The electrician quickly assessed the situation and got to work. He worked quickly, was conscientious about placement and size of the holes he had to drill and saw in our basement roof and side of our home, and cleaned up all of his mess before leaving.

We were very happy with their service and would definitely use them again.

They are very professional (John and Curtis).  Very responsive.  Setting up an appointment with them is easy. Can do it online.   Quality work.  Very pleased. They are the only electrical company I am using now when I have issues.  Their prices are reasonable.   I highly recommend them.

Called on a Thursday afternoon, they arrived the next day by 1pm.  All the work was done in 2 hours.  Very professional.  Curtis and John were very nice.  Showed us the wires that had burned and the soot on metal box.  Will have him back to look at additional wiring under the house.
