They returned four times in one week to check on up the problem, because they didn't investigate thoroughly the first visit. Kept finding more affected areas each time they returned. They talked to my husband, rather than myself (a woman), even when I asked them questions directly. Unimpressed with their quality of work, and customer service.

They did an okay job on the walls and ceiling, but left the carpet very wet.  The carpet cleaning appeared rushed and it left the carpet very wet for days.  I was expecting much cleaner carpets.  I cleaned the carpets with my carpet cleaner and got a lot more dirt out. 
A few days after the cleaning, I notice that there was still grim in areas, (I could scrap it off with my finger nail).  The company was unresponsive to coming back out to finish the job.
