Horrible, I was on the phone for over 2.5 hours and I was hung up 3 times after waiting over 30 minutes on hold each time. The problem was never resolved and I'm now cancelling all my services through them. Avoid at all cost, don't be swayed by their new customer prices.

Their bills are difficult to understand. Their pricing goes all over the place. I called them to discuss why our bill had jumped up $20 a month when nothing in our plan had changed. Two months later, our bill has jumped back up again, and I don't know why.

I have the bundle service with them. It works fine after I got them out to hook it up. I tried to get other providers to come out and they were the first ones to come out. They are professional and I would recommend them to others.

I called Comcast because I did not understand the charges on my latest monthly invoice. Though I ultimately received an answer, and the Comcast representatives were professional and courteous, it required about 45 minutes and two representatives to answer my inquiry, including the initial and intermittent wait times. So I don't take issue with the ultimate result, but the customer service in my opinion is very poor because it simply requires too much time.

Throughout the time we subscribed to the basic service, the price increased periodically while the number of available channels declined. There were very few service outages, but we just didn't want to keep paying more for less!

They keep decreasing the amount of services they provide and increasing the cost for the general category. My husband and I simply use television, and we aren't using enormous fancy hookups and this and that. Unless you want digital DVD, I realize that things are changing in February unless you want the most they have to offer. I am considering going to another provider, and I need to more research on that. They have very carefully over time removed stations (channels) that we enjoyed and made them available only if you buy the digital packages and so on. They have completely removed the TV guide listing, so there is no way you can go in and see what programs are playing or coming up. There is no reason to do that and it just seems malicious on their part. Overall, their quality of service is average.

Perfect example of what is wrong with monopolies! Every time someone in the neighborhood gets a cable adjustment, others lose service or have problems. I have perpetual problems with local channels and if I call, I'll have to be on call for half the day and there's a 50% chance they will not fix anything.

I was able to schedule my installation on a Saturday morning. The technician came exactly when he said he would be there. He had some trouble setting up the Internet, and it took him about an hour to complete. I have no complaints about the Internet service. I have not experienced an interruption yet, and it never seems to run slow.

Everything about Comcast is fantastic (throughout, both up and down, service continuity, responsiveness), except the price, which is double what my friends in other parts of the country pay. Guess that's what you get with a monopoly, eh?!
