"Another ridiculous review allowed by Angie's List. This is what happened: 8/9/2019 1:33pm customer sends request for an estimate through AL's system asking for a deck quote and needs it done by 8/22. I reply at 1:48pm We currently have a waiting list of 3 months. Sorry. Customer replies back at 3:16 that she needs a new roof and attic remodel. I reply back at 3:27 that we will contact her momentarily. We call her at approx. 4:00pm and talk. We cannot do the work she is looking to have done. Customer leaves this review on 08/12/2019. Customer texts again on 8/12/2019 asking "Did we set an appointment". I replied back at 10:13am asking why she is contacting us again after leaving such a baseless review.... It goes on even more, but hopefully you get the point. We did nothing wrong here."

"This review is a 100% LIE! We have had a showroom at 8601 Staples Mill Road for roughly 10 years. I have attached a link to our TV commercial that clearly shows our showroom (outside and inside). One thing I would like to clarify is that we did start the job on time as the contract stated that we would start within 8-10 months, therefore you knew this when you contracted with us. Most important, I apologize for this not being a better experience for you."

"Unfortunately we could not perform that contract as sold. The work consisted of removing five round wood tapered columns and replacing them with round tapered fiberglass columns to match the existing design and attach them back to the original railing. Upon days of research, we were not able to find a round tapered fiberglass column that would fit back exactly as was needed. We offered a solution of replacing roughly 40' of old rails at our cost to remedy the problem. We tried our best. I am sorry."

"I must stand firm on this..... There is no way that what we quoted could be double what another company quoted for the same work on the same deck. The profit margins are just not that. There is no way that we quoted you $41k for a job that someone did for less than half with the same materials and same build. It's simply not possible. I am sorry."
