I cannot overstate my appreciation to Mr. Gordon King, who fixed my computer through remote access.  Even though the computer?s problem was much more complex than what I originally thought and took much longer to fix than the original time estimate based on my description, Mr. King continued to fit my computer into his schedule until the laptop ran flawlessly.malici
Furthermore, he did not require additional payment to cover what turned out to be his significant investment of effort. 
I will definitely call on Mr. King for any other computer problems I may encounter, and I recommend his services without reservation.

Gordon showed up promptly on 1 Dec to pick up my wife's computer.  He took it home so he could determine how to reload her Windows 7 OS and because it was easier to install the new hard drive and memory at his office.
He returned her computer a couple of days later and my wife is very happy to have more storage and faster responsiveness from her computer.

Gordon performed every thing that he said he would and a lot more. Very professional and knowledgeable when it came to taking care of problems such as slow computer, anti virus and other software that I needed working. My computer it like a new one now.

I was having all kinds of super annoying problelms on my laptop which is only 2 years old.  My husband found Gordon's information on Angie's List so I gave him a call.  He answered right away ready to help that day.  I warned him that I wasn't sure he would be able to fix the problems.  He took over my computer remotely and I went out shopping.  About an hour or so later, he called and said my computer was working better (and faster) than ever.  He was right - I was completely shocked.  He had cleaned up all kinds of viruses for me.  There was one other thing that evening that I needed help with that I had forgotten to tell him about.  He called right away, worked on the computer some more, and explained to me how to get the files open that I was having trouble with.  He made sure I knew how to do it on my own before getting off the phone with me.
My daughter's laptop was even worse than mine but we set up a time for him to work on hers remotely and after a few hours of cleaning up tons of viruses and installing a free virus protection software, he computer is also good as new.  I don't even think he charged me for the full time!
 
I would highly recommend Gordon and will definiately be using him again!

Provider tunned up both of our computers. He did a full system clean-up and optimized the systems. He removed cookies, malware and a Trojan and removed temp files which slowed down the systems.

He made a wireless connection between the laptop and the printer. He found on line the printer drivers he needed to complete the connection.

If you are as clueless about technology as I am Mr King is a super resource and can make tech understandable

he also put remote repair software on our computers so he can do repairs remotely.  All in all a great resource.

I wanted to give a shoutout to Mobile PCMasters (based in Bristow). My Win7 machine was experiencing video driver issues these past few days, resulting in numerous BSOD (haven't had many at all with Win7 before this). Regardless of what I did to attempt a fix, same problem. I found Gordon through a search on Angie's List. He diagnosed a bad video card, hooked me up with a new one (1gb of RAM onboard) and cleaned up the machine. It's now in great shape and I couldn't be happier. He was prompt, courteous, and professional.
