Dale and his team did a great job!

Dale and the Grout Masters crew did an awesome job replacing a dozen broken porcelain tiles in our kitchen. Dale was prompt in providing a very reasonable quote, communicated well, and went the extra mile to make sure the job was done right. Our original kitchen contractor had not properly adhered the tiles to the underlayment. Grout Masters replaced the broken tiles, painstakingly stabilized all of the other loose tiles, perfectly matched the existing grout, and cleaned and sealed the grout in the entire kitchen. This time, we are confident that the work will last! We are now considering Dale and tear for our bathroom remodeling tile work. Highly recommend!

Did a good job

The did a great job in my first bathroom. So I hired them to do the other bathroom. Both bathrooms look great!!

Excellent work. Dale was punctual and explained the process of restoring the grout in the kitchen, laundry room and three of the bathrooms. They did an excellent job bringing the tile floors back to looking new again. I definetly recommend the Grout Masters.

Dale was extremely responsive. It is difficult to find skilled people willing to do small but important jobs. Dale did a superb job of trimming the tiles as we needed and installing the patch tiles. His re-grouting complimented the new shower door we had installed. We will always need firms like this to take care of the repair work and not just try to sell us a complete remodel. Thanks, Dale.

Very professional

Excellent job. Dale showed up when he said he would and did a great job start to finish. He's the only contractor that explained the entire job, what should happen, what could go wrong etc. I knew exactly what to expect. I appreciated this. Others came in looked it over and handed me a number several days later. Dale also came back an extra day to make sure everything was done right. I will hire again as my first phone call if I need more work done.

Grout Masters can do more than grout. They removed shower doors, repaired damaged wood, saved and re-used tiles for the repair area and re-tiled the shower floor for us. They installed shower shelves and caulked everywhere needed in the bathroom. They were super knowledgeable about the process and materials. We are so happy with their work!

Dale was great! Responded quickly to the request, stopped by same day, explained issues in detail, and agreed to send a quote within next couple days. He was honest in that it would take about 10 days before they could get to our job. Ended up calling sooner when another job was rescheduled. They were great to work with and did an excellent job fixing our grout, tile, and mold issue. I am already planning to have them back for another job.
