"Dear [Member Name Removed] I am so sorry that you did not get a call back. We have four secretaries in the office and usually respond to calls right away. We have Comcast Business phones for our phone lines. If our lines are busy or if we have power outages all phone calls are supposed to go to Voice Mail. Last Monday when we opened the office we had no phone service and throughout the whole week we kept loosing phone service. When we checked our Voice Mail most of the time there were no messages. I contacted Comcast Business Phones today to ask what happened to our Voice Mail because we did not have a record of you calling. Jenny of Technical Support for Business Comcast said there was a massive interuption that included Comcast, Verizon, Frontier and other phone companies that all had to work together to remedy the situation. During that time you must have called. For some reason or other you could leave a message but we couldn't pick up any messages. Jenny said you can call her at 800-391-3000 at Comcast Technical Support for Busnesses to verify this information. I am so sorry this has happened. It was completely out of our control so I hope you will forgive us for not calling you back and call the office at 540-867-0660 so we can schedule your job right away. I have never had this happen before and hopefully it will never happen again. Service was provided by the owner, this is a family business.  He arrived as scheduled, performed the work in a professional manner, taking care to contain the cleaning debris at all times.  He was pleasant and courteous at all times.

We contracted with Blue Ridge Chimney Service in Sept. 2013 to install a 6-inch ?316 Ti-alloy stainless steel chimney reliner? in our existing wood stove chimney, which had a vitreous clay liner inside cinder blocks.  This action was urged by our home insurance company, which offered a rebate.  Chris Guy informed us that he would have to beat out the entire clay liner with a
power tool in order to meet the insurance requirements of having a full inch of insulation around the new pipe, because the existing clay liner allowed only 7/8ths of an inch in places.  This process was done by an employee who had never done it before.  We ended up with cracks on the outside of our chimney, holes in our metal carport roof where sharp chunks of old liner fell on it, and gutters full of rubble.
That winter, we had constant problems with smoke from our wood stove which we had not had before. Finally, we found an approximately one square inch gap at the top of the pipe (very hard to see) connecting the stove to the thimble in the chimney,
which Blue Ridge had also replaced.  This hole was adversely affecting the draw of the flue and we believe was a fire
hazard.  We repaired it with stove masonry and the smoking stopped. 
When we called Chris Guy to describe the smoke from the stove, he told us that when he came to clean the chimney (as required to maintain warranty) he would look at it and discuss solutions.  At that time ? early spring 2014 -- we asked to be put on his schedule for cleaning before the next heating season.  We have never heard from Blue Ridge Chimney Service since.

Blue Ridge agreed to clean our chimneys on a holiday weekend since we were going to be home all day, which we really appreciated.  Chris came and did an efficient job of cleaning all three of our fireplaces within a couple of hours.  He was very polite and professional, and left his work areas spotless.  We had been quoted a price in advance of scheduling the work, and we were billed accordingly.  We were very pleased with the service and will definitely use this company again.

First, we are professionals and previous service business owners and understand what customer service entails. We called Blue Ridge in the early afternoon and were told that they were "in the area" (20 miles away), could probably come over that very day and would all when in transit. They did and arrived on time at 4:50 p.m.. It was cold and blustery (ear aching blustery!) but Chris and his son Anthony were efficient, professional, polite and well-equipped.  In 45 minutes they inspected and cleaned a very dirty flue (we took possession of this house that very day) and installed a spark arrestor on a second flue (masonry chimney).
Without any reservations, my wife and I were extremely impressed with both Chris and Anthony. They exceeded any norms for quality service and were not only professional in every aspect, but were warm, personable and engaging. Chris even showed us an efficient method to start a fire in a cold stove! 
We highly recommend them. And Thank You!

Dustin performed inspection, provided an estimate, and thoroughly described the work that would be done.  The crew performed work in professional and complete manner and cleaned up after the work.  The work was completed on the scheduled day.  I would definitely recommend this contractor.  Only suggestion is to plan chimney work in the summer, as Blue Ridge have a large workload and must schedule several weeks out during cold season.

I am terribly impressed with the service Chris (the owner) provided. He was able to free the stuck damper (something I had been unable to accomplish) and suggested that it be replaced, something I was happy to do. All the work was done neatly and professionally. Chris explained everything he was going to do and why. He was very pleasant and personable. My interactions with the office in setting up the appointment were great as well. They even called to offer an earlier appointment for me (twice!) due to other customer cancellations. They showed up when they promised they would. I highly recommend this company! Also I have a Rumford fireplace and not everyone is knowledgable about them. Chris is and was able to provide some expert advice. He will be returning to provide additional services on this fireplace.
