Animal Boarding Kennels
The boarding went fine initially, but turned into a nightmare. Because the owner of the dog was in the hospital I didn't know how long the dog would need to be boarded. The clerk said we could write it up (and pay) for the rest of the month. When I asked if I'd be refunded if we took the dog earlier, she said yes. But when we tried to do that we were refused. The owner called me and essentially said she didn't believe the clerk had said that "because it wasn't the policy". Failure to honor the statements of your employees is extremely unprofessional, and customers shouldn't put up with it. As the owner, she had the ability to make good on her employee's promise, but she flat out refused. I wouldn't use her business again.
