I became a customer of theirs when II asked them to correct another vendor's installation of a programmable thermostat. I was unhappy and the owner, Ray Bramble, came out and fixed it correctly and gave me free service contract for a year for having to make 2 trips. When I decided to replace the system, he was one of the 3 I asked to bid. He had a great proposal, arrived on time, had a perfect installation. WellHome was another bidder and did not show up either of the 2 times they were scheduled to bid. Sears, the 3rd bidder, showed up but they don't have the post installation service part that is so important.

Ray Bramble, the owner and manager of this Aire Serv franchise branch, is one of the most service-oriented professionals you will find. His professional attitude and presentation was more than informative, as he sought to ensure that I understood all the HVAC possiblities available and which of those would suit my particular needs. I got several estimates from various companies which would have been cheaper. Howeve,r I know that my choice was the correct one. Ray was on site several times during the install throughout the day, performing quality control. Everyone was so polite, mannerly and professional. Fabulous experience!!

Ray Bramble, the owner of Aire Serv, is very knowledgeable about heating and air conditioning. It is like hiring a heat engineer that fits the system to the house. He is not just a parts replacer. The work is scheduled to suit the customer and is completed on time. The cost seemed a little high even with inflation compared to what I paid 10 years ago. I feel it is worth spending a little extra to get competent service from people you trust. I have been burnt in the past.
