Top Notch Contracting has done work in my home over the last 12 years. The work started with updating bathrooms, but it was more than just updating, the bathrooms were completely gutted and the work was excellent. Since then our kitchen was completely redone and an addition of a bedroom was built. Recently a new roof and attic insulation was installed. All the work on our house has been by Top Notch and I couldn’t be more pleased. Mark, the contractor goes above and beyond making sure every detail of work gets done. I would only trust Top Notch for work on my home, excellent company!

It went very well. The work was done in a reasonable amount of time. I had one small issue with a bubble in the vinyl after they were done, but they came right out and fixed it after I let them know about it.

It went great they arrived on time. They removed my carpet in less than an hour. Mr. Barett worked with when it came to getting additional supplies and still was able to complete the job before lunch time. Cleaned up after the job and was very professional. I will be recommending them to others.

They are nice and pleasant but the estimate given to us by Top Notch General Contracting was too much and it was not itemized. We would recommend that if you were to request a quote from them to push for a quote that has everything itemized. The pricing was too much for us.

This has compelled me on several occasions to recommend Mr. Mark Barrett to friends and colleagues……in all cases, without exception, he has served them in the manner that I am describing. Currently, I use Top Notch for both my home and rental repairs. Won't use anyone else!

We set up a time and date to meet for a quote.  I also left a phone number with him, in case something changed.  He never showed up and did not call.  I finally called him and left a voicemail since he did not answer.  He called me back over an hour after our original appointment time.  When I asked what had happened, he said, "Sorry, another job ran over," and sounded like it was no big deal.

"As [member name removed] stated a mistake was made on my part conrcerning the meeting time. I called her back after the original appointment once i received her message. It was not my intention to miss the meeting, nor do i make it a habit. I told [member name removed] this and apologized but it was still unacceptable to her. She told me she did not want to reschedule and i left it at that."
