Very pleased with the service provided today. When our heat unexpectedly stopped working, other heating companies in town didn't have appointments for several days. A technician from Central Virginia Services arrived to my house within hours of my call. He quickly identified the problem and fixed it quickly. I also mentioned another less urgent problem with the performance of our unit, and he also fixed this easily. This company was recommended by a coworker, and I will definitely be using them again. Kind, professional, and quick service. Thank you... we don't have to suffer through the weekend without heat!

Excellent service. Not only repaired the leak, but inspected all other radiators (convectors) in the house for any leakage, none found. Technician discovered that the refill valve was bad (refilling slowly) and should be replaced. Technician stated that this is a relatively costly repair and deemed not urgent as the valve was indeed refilling albeit at a slow rate. We chose to monitor the valve and defer this repair for now. We appreciate this type of honesty by Central Virginia Services. Highly recommend them.

Coleman was the technician who came to fix the air conditioning units. He is very professional, thorough, and a very good technician. He was prompt and efficient in his work. He had multiple issues to deal with and he did so immediately and quickly. He explained very well what the issues were, what the remedies were and the costs incurred. The price was fair for the work that he did. I highly commend Central Virginia Services for their great service. From the person who took my call yesterday (polite and enthusiastic) to their technician, Coleman. They scheduled me quickly, for which I am grateful. Coleman is excellent!

Both systems were checked over, freon was full, correction to slope of unit was done. HVAC tech explained each thing that he did to keep me informed. Excellent work. Arrived on time. I would definitely recommend to any person!!

Everything went very well and the heat pump is working very satisfactorily. Very pleased with the workmanship. I have had a contract with CVS for over 12 years and am completely satisfied with them.

They came about an hour after we called and got straight to work. They would have finished in a day if our AC Unit didn't need to be deiced. The came back promptly the next day to finish. Very easy to deal with and everything is in great working order

Central Virginia Services was recommended by my neighborhood web site. It was an extremely hot day and the AC hadn't worked properly for several very hot days. They came quickly, diagnosed the problem right away and fixed it. Then checked a few other things to be sure that was the only problem. I have a very old unit and was very concerned about whether it could be fixed. This company is the best! They are quick to respond, diagose the problem, and fix it. Very reasonably priced. No trying to upsell! And, they are very kind to boot! Highly recommend!!

Technician was on time, friendly, and able to quickly assess and address a complicated system that involved crawling through a tiny crawlspace door and took the time to worry about a tiny bit of dirt that he got on my doorknob

Mark was very professional and punctual. We had a problem with the A/C not keeping up on a few recent mid-90s days. Mark came on a day when temps were in the mid-70s so the problem wasn't apparent. However, Mark did a thorough check to rule out the more obvious culprits.
