Mr. Briggs was not only professional but completely honest. He kept us advised as to when he would arrive and worked late to make sure both of our repairs were completed. He came with the required parts and did not have to leave and come back for any items or parts. He did not try to sell us anything else on his visit. He gathered the appropriate infromation over the phone prior to his visit, and he was able to complete the job in one short visit. He repaired our Sub Zero refrigator and our front load washer. We would highly recommend him to any repair. Thank you
