I could not be happier with my new master bath tile. Dustin was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and did a fantastic job. He was able to complete a gorgeous, herringbone tile lay-out despite the odd angles and dimensions of our bathroom. He also tiled the tub surround, shower, and waterproofed. Erskin's Tile was very pleasant to work with, and I would definitely hire them again for any big or small project. Even a follow up was handled promptly. I feel incredibly lucky that my bathroom remodel was handled by a team of field experts who were also equally honest and hardworking. People who take this much pride in their work seem to be a rarity.

Erskin's Tile was 1 of 4 verified tile contractors who visited our home and provided us with a written estimate. We met with Erskin's a second time just to go over the estimate and to ensure we were comprehending the language of the contract, Once we agreed to the contract, the rest was history. Erskin's employees were very customer-friendly and respectful of our home and our schedules, They always arrived on time and worked. There was never any concerns raised regarding their work. Once completed, my wife and I now have a beautiful tile floor in our kitchen. We had a great experience with Erskin's Tile and we highly recommend this contractor for your next tile project.

My kitchen floor is so beautiful after the work was completed. It was completed quickly and efficiently and the pricing is very reasonable. The folks that I interacted with were very knowledgeable and walked me through every step of the process. I will definitely hire them again in the future!

I’m so pleased with the work done by Erskin and his team! My project was supposed to be a small remodel but due to incompetency from another contractor, it turned into a full bathroom remodel. Erskin was always responsive and truthful about his timetable and the work exceeded my expectations! I am going to use him again for more tile work and I would recommend him to anyone in the future.

Erskin tile was great. They replaced tile in bath shower area and the floor. They compleyed the project in a very timely manner at a reasonable price. They went out of their way to make things right and also stayed in contact with me every step of the way. I now have a beautiful modern looking bathroom.

The tile work by Dustin was excellent, the reason for 3 stars is the jack leg handyman he brought in that screwed up everything he touched. We have a glass door that does not close correctly, a leaking bath sink. Every time in go in my bathroom I get bad so bad marks for them in using a poor performing sub,

"Hello Mrs. [Member Name Removed]. Thank you for the compliment on Dustin's tile work. Its greatly appreciated. However, this review comes as quite a surprise. We were totally unaware of any issues. We did indeed complete your project in February of 2019 as entered as the date the work was performed. What is a surprise to us and what we don't understand is why we were never contacted about any issues nor concerns prior to this review being10 months later. I really do wish that you would have contacted us and we would have definitely come out to take a look and correct any issues immediately. As I am a firm believer of good communication is the best way to resolve any issue. 10 months later is still not to late. I have made an attempt to contact upon recieving this review to discuss these issues for the 1st time and to get clarification on some of the wording that seems to be impaired. But we haven't received a response yet. To say "Jack leg handyman that screwed up everything he touched", I would think should have been brought to attention ASAP vs later. I am very eager to see for myself. We have have been hired plenty of times to correct the work of Jack Leg tile companies and other contractors. In those cases the clients have called us to redo there work because the contractor refused to come back or they were fired from the project. In this case, the closing and walkthrough went well. Again, no comments nor feedback til now. Posting this review on 12/26/19 which was summited on 12/25/19 (reviews are posted the following day) actually does seem a little awkward. A glass door that won't close would be something that I myself would definitely address immediately. Which also could be as simple as adjusting the hinges (some are adjustable). A leaking sink is also a quick fix. But can't be corrected if not made aware. Earlier is always better. Again communication is the best way to resolve any issue. My direct number is always available for technical questions. Of course we do not want any client to be left unsatisfied. Again I truly wish you would have notified us prior to your review. In the future we will not only do walkthroughs with our clients, but we will focus on follow-up calls also. Thank you and we look forward to hearing from you to see what's going on and resolving this matter. :)"

Erskin removed and replaced the tile. I supplied the tile and grout. It was completed in 3 days. Nobody wanted this job. Erskin got it done and it looks beautiful.

Mr. White did an excellent job replacing an old kitchen backsplash! His office was very prompt in returning my calls and answering any follow-up questions I had. Mr. White was also very polite and respectful. He came out for the estimate within 48 hours of calling his company. The price I was quoted was very good. He had to pull out a section of the drywall to remove the old tiles; yet my new kitchen backsplash was completed within 4 days of the estimate. Would definitely hire again and refer to friends.

Erskin's Tile completely redid the bottom of our shower to match the existing tile, which had been installed incorrectly prior to our move-in and puddled water dramatically to one side. After the fix, the shower is attractive and functional! Erskin and his team were excellent, came on time, worked dilligently, and cleaned up every day before leaving. We plan to use them for any tile-related needs we might have in the future.

Erskin's Tile company provided excellent service. Prompt response to my initial request for service, arrived on time for estimate & sent me the estimate as promised. I was able to get all the work done promptly and was thoroughly satisfied with the end result. Too many companies out there don't even bother returning calls but not Erskin's. Quality work for a fair price, if I need tile work in the future I know who I'll call; Erskin's Tile!!

Erskin is meticulous in his work. He did exactly what he said he would and he did it perfectly. He made the entire process easy from my very first contact all the way through completion of the job. I am very impressed with his skill and work ethic. He is a real professional and I will definitely use him again in the future.
