About us
STAGING DOES NOT TAKE A LOT OF TIME OR MONEY! In a couple days Swank Staging can transform and Rejuvenate your space. I work alone and will subcontract any painting or repair work. I require 50% payment at start of transformation and the balance due upon completion. There is an initial $150 consultation fee that takes approximately an hour to an hour and a half. I also do patio make overs and will work within any budget. It's my desire to use what you have already to keep cost minimal.

I do not do domestic home cleaning. Anything of that type is beyond my scope and will be the home owners responsibility to acquire those services if needed.
