The clasp on my necklace had lost the tension to keep it closed. I called Grace Jewelers to ask if they could replace the clasp because I really didn't want to buy a new chain! He was able to take care of it right away and I was wearing my favorite necklace again in just minutes! Very helpful and even gave me good advice when I asked about a single diamond stud earring. Recommended setting it for a necklace instead of selling it because that kept its value better. Very good experience and I would recommend Grace Jewelers.
