The Dryer Vent Guys

If I could give a negative amount of stars I would. BIRD PROBLEM? BUYERS BEWARE .... We had birds take up residence in our exhaust vent over our range. This company had been recommended by several neighbors so we thought it was a no brainer. They "cleaned" which is blowing out the debris and performed their so-called sanitizing method and 10 minutes after they left I could still hear the birds in the duct work. I immediately called and they scheduled a tech to come back out the next day. He arrived and put the camera down the vent and advised that there was 1 live bird and 2 dead ones. How they can say they "performed" their service is beyond me. You cannot sanitize and clean something when there is still wildlife stuck in the vent/ducts. I had to have another person come to my home and remove the live bird and dead birds. Our entire vent hood is now trashed as it's full of bird droppings and the ducts are covered in bird droppings as well. Their so-called fine print is at the very bottom of the scheduling email in the lightest gray font possible and their "satisfaction guarantee" refund of $50 is a joke. I'll be posting on all social media platforms and providing all of these details to my neighbors that have used their "services" and will never recommend this company to anyone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I hired the Dryer Vent Guys to clean out my dryer vent. I was given a 3 hour window for my appointment. During my 3 hour appointment window, I was contacted to let me know they were on the way. Joe was on time, professional, pleasant and did a thorough job. He also installed a pest guard over my dryer vent to defend against birds . I was very happy with this service and would happily hire this company again.

Kyle and crew did the work in about three hours that involved redirecting the dryer vent from the side of the house through the ceiling of the laundry room and out through the roof. They did a great job, in budget, and I would hire them again.

This Company Does the best work that I have ever seen. The exterior termination duct was custom completed to match the siding of my home. The inside was done clean and to perfection. The tech, Joe was very informative and helpful in every aspect, not placing any pressure, but informative on all options. If you are looking to do any duck or dryer vent work, you do not need to look any further. It simply does not get any better! This company is a model of how a business should be run, from the initial contact through their office until the work is completed!

The vent cleaning service call on 9/24/20 was excellent. The technician arrived on time, explained what he was going to do, and then completed the work promptly. I will definitely use the company again for future maintenance on my dryer.

Wonderful - not only did they clean out the dryer vent, they reattached the ducting in the attic, put up a bird screen - cleaned my laundry room and left me a great "Do's and Don'ts" magnet on my dryer. Very kind - even my dogs liked them!

Excellent service. Arrived on time after calling to confirm his expected arrival time. Very thorough inspection of dryer vent set up and explanation as to what needed to be done and why. Very thorough cleaning and excellent clean up upon finishing the job. Kyle is extremely pleasant and easy to work with. Very satisfied with his expertise and professionalism. Cost was $170 for cleaning (extra cost because of difficulty accessing dryer vent) and $95 for replacement dryer vent kit as original did not meet code requirements and posed a fire hazard.

I am very happy with the service! Kyle responded to my email requesting service very quickly, arrived when scheduled, and was very professional and friendly. He worked quickly but thoroughly and even cleaned up everything when he was finished. He also explained what the process would involve & what bird guard he would be installing. I was told the prices upfront and there were no surprises. He even brought my garbage can in from the road as he headed up the driveway! I will definitely use again.

Great. He had to come back to do the installations so he did not charge me for the initial visit. He was very diligent and attentive to details. Did a great job installing the outside vent (leveling and caulking). The dryer had some damage to the metal piece sticking out the back where he needed to connect the metal duck work so he added some screws to ensure it stayed on. He didn't have to do this or tell me about it but he did and I think that shows how professional and honest he is,

Very well. Kyle arrived in a timely manner, was personable, efficient, and thorough. He took the time to explain the sources of the blockages and how to prevent them. He went up on the roof and cleaned from the roof down as well - not an easy venture. I was very pleased with the increased efficiency of the dryer.

Excellent responsiveness.  (Bought a new dryer on Mon 5/30 Memorial Day, so wanted to get dryer vent cleaned before it showed up on Wed 6/1)  Kyle got right back to us and made appt for next day, Tues 5/31.  Arrived on time and got right to work.  Checked to see if he could clean vent from the outside (vents just above sloped roof over garage) but declined to due to slope of roof and obvious slick roof surface due to moss, but he was able to clean the vent all the way from the laundry room to the exhaust of the vent.  (No issues with this - I've been on my garage roof once - never again).  Brushed, blew out, and vacuumed the dryer vent.  He accidentally bumped the wall in our hallway with one of the vacuum tubes on the way in - left no mark, but he insisted on giving me $5 off to make up for it.  Would definitely call Kyle again.
