The work was done in two visits. The first dealt with the major problem where some of the sub-roof was rotten. They replaced a large portion of the plywood and shingles. They also found nail holes that was causing the persistent leak. The second visit examined the entire roof, patched all holes and sealed all joints around vent pipes and such. Each visit was covered in their basic service fee. It seemed to be a fair amount of work, especially the first service. All seems well so far. We've had a lot of rain since then and there have been absolutely no problems. The workers were knowledgeable, polite, and explained all that they did. I will certainly consider this company for any future roof work.

I originally called a roofer that had favorable reviews from Angie's list, but they were booked for months. They recommended Roof Works. I called them and they came out the same day for an estimate. The rep gave me a printed estimate after his inspection and I told him I would call him back. I asked him for references and I found out that the company had a good reputation from some of my neighbors. After I signed the estimate and sent it in, I received a phone call to schedule the work. They were able to get me on their schedule within a couple of weeks of the estimate. The workers were very prompt and professional. They had a copy of the estimate and went over it with me. The work was done in about an hour and they said I would receive a bill in the mail. I'm not going to get up on the roof to see how good of a job they did, but from the ground view it appears they did a good job. My only complaint is that the guys left about five nails and screws behind on my driveway. However, when I called the office, they were very apologetic. Overall my experience was very good and I would use them again.
