Robert B. Payne?s price was competitive and, most importantly, quoted me the right equipment for the job. Specifically, they did not try to upsell me and was the only company (out of a total of seven) that quoted the necessary larger refrigerant line for the installed 18 SEER unit. I liked the fact that they were very upfront about the need for pulling permits for replacing the gas furnace and pulled the permits themselves. The installation was quick, professional, and clean. Financing was easy through Wells Fargo. I strongly recommend them.

They were an hour or two late for the appointed time but the office called and explained that they had an emergency repair they were working on and offered to reschedule our routine appointment. We said we would wait. By the time the service man got here it was after 6 PM and we already had steaks on the grill. Too bad for him to have to smell that while he worked thru his dinner hour. He serviced the two heat pumps and filled out the paperwork for the electric company rebates. Professional service with no problems.
