They responded immediately to my request at 10 PM on a Friday and said they could have someone to check my hot water heater the next morning. The next day at 7:15 AM Andy called and said he could be here at 7:45 AM. He arrived on time; assessed the problem explained my options. He had the part required and made the repairs within 45 minutes. Andy was very courteous and professional and the cost was very reasonable. These guys are my new plumbers.

Water heater blew at 5 pm. Only took 30 seconds for Brian to call me back after requesting a quote through the iPhone app! Immediate service was available, but the drain pan and sump pump did their job in preventing any flooding. Andy and Nick showed up first thing the following morning, right on schedule. They were fast, professional, informative, and thorough. While there, they also replaced my well pump pressure gauge and pressure relief valve. Price was fair and as quoted. Very pleased and will use again...but, hopefully, wont be needed soon. ?

First, Brian contacted me immediately about my issue which was water in our basement from either a backed up drain and/or a defective sump pump. He was ready to have a plumbing professional on site that morning. I setup an appointment and Andy, the plumber, was at my home at the time I requested. Andy did an excellent job! He checked out both my sump pump and the drain. As it turned out the drain was clogged and the sump pump was not operating properly. He explained everything he was doing. Andy quickly had the drain unclogged and replaced the sump pump. He also improved the setup of the pump by installing the correct pressure piping for the discharge. I now know who I will call for all my plumbing needs!! This is a company that I can trust to only do work that is required. An excellent company as demonstrated by the professionalism of their people! Thank you for your assistance Brian and Andy!
