I had an issue with removing my clothes washer connections from the fixtures. I had to contact a plumber and I decided on Plumbing Innovators due to the excellent service I received from them in the past. Two technicians came (Parker and Matt L) and they removed the old washer lines, installed new ones, and tested things. They also were so kind as to provide me with water leak detector (for free) because they noticed that I had a VERY old water heater too (over 32 years old and still kicking). I was so surprised that I gave them both big hugs. They were so kind and delightful to talk to. I can't say enough about them. I hope I don't need them in the future but if I do I'll definitely call Plumbing Innovatgors.

Best plumbing service I've ever had. Chad was outstanding, probably the most professional service pro I've ever dealt with. We had a water leak (from the upstairs bathroom into the kitchen celling below) the day after my wife gave birth...what a headache and stressor! But Chad did a great job....professional, informative, competent,....thanks Chad and Plumbing Innovators! You are our plumbers for life!

It was amazing. They responded super fast and were able to put a new diverter on my shower to stop the leaking. The did a nice clean up as well. Very professional, everyone had a mask and the price was reasonable.

Mr. Harrington was very professional. He showed up on time, wore a mask and covers on his shoes. He looked at the shower and recognized that there was a build up in the shower head. I explained that I already changed the cartridge and the handle. He cleaned out the shower head and didn't charge me a dime! Very professional and very courteous. I recommend this company to anyone with plumbing issues.

10 year old system, so worried about big expense. Mike of Plumbing Innovators pulled off a messy valve, installed a new one, and provided a spare for me to use if/when it clogged again. Mike took the time to explain life span of some well water components. Higher these folks with a high degree of confidence in their honesty & integrity. I have used them exclusively for the past five years.

Absolutely stay VERY FAR from Plumbing Innovators--HORRIBLE service, unprofessional, repairs not done as promised, terribly rude technician. Tony was downright nasty with me on the phone when I expressed dissatisfaction that my issue wasn't fixed. He gave me a quote to fix the jets on my bathtub, then after he started the repairs, said there was another faulty part that ALSO needed to be repaired--this possibility was NOT made clear to me upon getting the first quote; he buried it in the fine print of the written quote but NEVER verbally explained it to me--and it was going to cost more for the new part, more labor, AND he was going to have to cut into my cabinetry to do it. But he'd have to cut into my cabinetry in order to even get the price on the part from the manufacturer, so (of course) I'd be obligated to pay whatever he came back at me with, AND end up with damage to my cabinets that I'd also have to pay someone else to fix. But this was after the work had been started (not completed, though), so I could either agree to let him cut into my cabinetry to even GET the price, or pay the $375 for no fix at all. When I told him this was terrible business practice and that I was displeased with his not having properly communicated the probability of a much higher cost, plus damage, before starting work that I now had to pay nearly $400 for (with NO FIX), he got nasty, blamed me for being upset about it, and swore at me when I persisted that he wasn't doing good business. Highly unprofessional and misleading. BEWARE.

The plumber called to let me know he could arrive earlier than the scheduled time. The problem: water continued to flow out of the outside water spigot even though it was turned off. The plumber and his assistant got to work immediately. The work was completed efficiently and fast. The shower head was installed for free. They were kind, courteous and professional.

Matt showed up on time, immediately called his supplier and I received a replacement on the SAME day. Matt was also receptive to my questions and told me in plain language what I needed to do and where to get supplies. This company also gave me a military discount which is rare for service companies. I am extremely grateful for the discount! I would hire again for my plumbing needs in a heartbeat!

The field team was very courteous, explained everything very clearly, and did a great job. However, I’ve been waiting for a written report for over a month and still have not received it despite at least four separate requests. I am concerned that I will need to show my local county that this work was completed and without it, I may experience delays on receiving approval for an addition we want to put on our home. ☹️

They completed it on time and they offered a 5% discount.

Actually came out twice to replace multiple aging faucets. Some of the faucets caused some issues due to corrosion, but the team charged what they quoted the job at originally. Very clean and very respectful. they gave different solutions to the problems and didn’t try to push me in either direction. Would hire them again for a tough job. Thank you.

Plumbing Innovators called 30 mins prior to arrival -- checked out the situation and completely replaced the water heater, added a drain pan, expansion tank and a new sump pump within four hours. TJ and Tim completely cleaned up behind themselves, including the old tank and nasty sump pump. Very courteous and very professional -- would hire them every time.

We were having problems with our toilet and plumbing innovators were a great help. Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy. They came out, gave us a couple of options and recommendations! We were happy with the quality of work and the price. Job was completed same day!
