Job was done quickly and professionally. We went down to their shop to pick out the granite and they came within a week and installed it. They were several hundred dollars less expensive than all the others that we checked. The sink drain leaked a little after installation but they returned promptly to fix it without any further problems.

Imperial Granite and and Marble, Inc. was the subcontractor to Total Maintenance for the installation of my kitchen granite.
They damaged my dinning room glass table top in the process of brining in the granite. Both refuse to acknowledge responsibility for replacing the glass table top.
I do know think the company Total Maintenance is covered with business insurance.

Imperial Granite out and out refuses to acknowledge damage even though at the on set of our conversation Mr. Mendez did admit Total Maintenance called him about the damage a couple of weeks ago. I even invited the owner, Mr. Mendez to my home to see the damage. but he refused.

Their prices were very reasonable and included granite that was a grade above the other fabricators I consulted. Luis made it very easy for us by coming to our home to measure, showing us various types of granite that would work well with our cabinets and floor, and including the sink and faucet -- truly one stop shopping!!
We made the short trip to Marble Systems in Merrifield to select a slab and Luis had it shipped to his facility for fabrication. The countertops were installed in one day and look absolutely wonderful. The colors work just as well as Luis predicted and I know that there is a seam somewhere, but haven't found it yet!
It's obvious that Luis and his team take pride in their work; it was a pleasure to do business with them. Luis is easy to reach and very responsive to my questions. I highly recommed Imperial Granite - countertops made easy!!

Luis Mendez and crew were polite and punctual. Responded to all phone calls within 5 minutes. Luis came to house within 3 days to measure and provide samples. No Samples met our needs so I visited his shop just north of Fredericksburg where he had a wide variety of choices not offered by larger companies. Found perfect selection. Luis and crew came to house 5 days later for install. Arrived on time and accounted for all problems areas ahead of time. Install was seamless! Excellent company and crew!
