Heaven's best showed up on time and were completed in a timely manner. They were able to remove a blue stain from our carpet with no additional charge. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Overall fair, on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the highest, it was a 7. Arrived 30 minutes late but called so that was good and the right thing to do. They gave me $25 off because they were late which I wasn't expecting and was a nice surprise. The one thing I think is important for the next customer is that the Service Provider will NOT help to move any size furniture. The furniture was on sliders so I didn't require any lifting just pushing. Per service tech, owner doesn't allow due to possible workman comp. But besides that the carpet cleaning service is what I expected. The carpet looks okay. One thing I thought was a little strange, was that they ask for you to do a survey their work before they leave. I gave them a good rating but now after the floor has dried (next day) it was just fair. If you have light dirt areas you will be fine with this service. I had pet stains which will take some additional work. Also I was concerned about the hardwoods getting wet and true to their promise they didn't get them wet so I was very pleased.

In regards to this particular review, I would like to take a moment to respond, as the Owner of Heaven’s Best Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning. As soon as I received notification of the review, I called the customer that Sunday afternoon and Monday to discuss her concerns. Though I was unable to reach the customer by phone, I left a detailed message reassuring her of our company policies and left my personal cell phone number to call me back at the customer’s convenience. At Heaven’s Best we have a 100% stress free, no risk policy that states if you are unhappy at all, we will gladly re-clean or refund your money. We do have a very strict 1 hour appointment window and take our customers time very seriously; which is why we called our customer in advance to advise her of expected late arrival, we also rendered an additional $25 off of the services for the inconvenience along with our 5% Angie’s List discount. We do move most furniture with the exception of antiques, electronics, breakables or anything incredibly heavy or large, such as sleigh beds or armoires. Our highest concern is of the customer’s valuables and that nothing is ever damaged. When we are able to move furniture, we place blue blocks under the furniture or use furniture tape that the customer removes once carpet is dry. We request an optional on-site survey that is emailed directly to me at time of service. The survey evaluates the crew and how they are operating on the road. That honest feedback is a crucial part of how we continue to strive for excellence and customer satisfaction. I trust but verify my crew’s performance. We take our service to every customer very seriously. Our technicians are highly trained and certified. We clean every property as well as possible, however, some severe pet stains and excessive wear can’t always be corrected. I still look forward to addressing any concerns our customer may have.
