Firestone Complete Auto Care

I thought they are pretty honest. The car is a 2003, and they had a list of things to do. There is no pressure to do them, just things you may want to consider.

They are very quick to do it. I just had to walk in. I think it could be a little cheaper, but they are convenient. I go their for convenience. They treat me well. They give me an estimate of when the car is ready within fifteen minutes. This is the second or third time that I have used them.

They did diagnosis on all three vehicles and the estimate was right on the money. We would recommend them and we are very happy with them. It cost more because it was a major repair on all three cars. They were very prompt and I would tell people to check them out. I will continue to use them.

We brought the Chevy in on Sunday - after it failed inspection because of bad shocks.  Although Firestone performs inspections, they don't do them on Sunday, so we went to another provider.  We like Firestone, although they aren't necessarily the cheapest, because they stand behind their work.  Maybe it helps that we know most of them by name - older vehicles means you get to visit them more often.  They had to order an aftermarket system to replace the air brakes, because the car is so old, so we didn't get it back until late Monday - in fact they stayed late to finish and to make sure we got the car.  That's one of the big things I like about this Firestone - they really are customer oriented.  If they can't fix something, they will recommend someone else to fix it.  If the part is no longer available or way too expensive - they have contacts where you can find it.

Everyone was very friendly and professional. They took care of my repair quickly and more importantly, fixed it right the first time. I will definitely return for service in the future.

I dealt with Joe and Jason, and I was very pleased with the result. I felt that everything was explained clearly and the price was reasonable. They also got me in and out when I wanted and on short notice. One thing I really appreciated was that they looked at my previous maintenance records from another shop to verify the correct kind of oil (synthetic or not).

We took our daughters 2010 dodge avenger in for tires, brakes, alignment and over all check up before her 2300 mile trip to NV...NOTE: I should say we actually were at the Firestone, 9600 Jefferson Davis Hwy, Fredericksburg, VA 22407 location. Joshua should be mentioned as he did everything he said he would do (so we also took our toyota to him for inspection and other details). Highly recommendable!

My car was making funny noises and losing power every once in a while. I took it to them and they told me that they had a couple cars in front of me. I wasn't really worried about the time since I own another car that I could use. That afternoon (earlier than I expected) they called me and let me know that my car was ready. When I got there, they went ahead and fixed my issue and told me what to watch out for. Shown me a hole in the exhaust system. The said if it got worse, they would refer me to a specialty shop that handles the type of problem I was having. I'm totally satisfied with their work. They fixed my immediate problem, gave me an idea of what it would cost if it got worse and completed their work quicker than what they told me.

Had my SUV inspected I didn't have an appointment just showed up and I did have some what of a wait every thing else was fine.

Very expensive

The customer service rep helped me choose the best tire for my needs. He explained everything in detail and I felt that I understood my options. Then the tires were installed and the inspection was completed within the time frame I was initially given. My car was returned me clean and the new tires were perfect.

Purchased a lifetime alignment service plan and have used it twice so it's already paid for itself. The service center is new, with a comfortable waiting area. It's convenient to other shops while you wait. The staff is great. They often offer discounts on tires and services. I've bought 2 sets of tires from them and plan on buying another set soon. Their shop rates are normal for this area.
