I called Farrell three times over the course of a week and left messages to please call me back. Never received a call back from him. Very poor customer service.

Pat Farrell and his crew came through for us once again. (They did a new full basement bathroom previously.) This time we had a hole in the copper pipe leading to the sewage line which led to replacing the deteriating cast iron line from the house to the septic tank, which led to the deteriating line from the septic tank to the distribution box (D-box), which led to the replacement of the crumbling D-box. Our house was built in 1963 and we assume the septic system is original to the house. Although, the work required 3 days to complete, with a weekend in between) they saw to it we could use the bathroom overnights, so we were inconvenienced very little. Pat and his crew worked very hard and professionally. They do very neat skilled work. They left our property cleaned up and re-seeded. And best of all the cost was very reasonable for such a big job. Whenever we need a plumber in the future it will Farrell Plumbing we call.

Pat Farrell and his crew were fantastic. They arrived early, were professional and cordial, and effected the repairs efficiently. My repairs had unforeseen issues, and Pat quickly resolved them with no delay, meeting the original time frame of the project. The whole crew was very respectful of our property and thoroughly cleaned and restored the area before departing. I highly recommend Farrell Plumbing, and definitely would hire them again.

Pat and his team were absolutely fantastic. I honestly don’t have the words to adequately express how pleased I was with our experience working with him on our master bath remodel. Pat Farrell is a dedicated professional. He priced the project in the evening using a couple of pictures by cell phone. The price quoted is what was charged, and it was measurably less than the competition. The techs arrived early on the day scheduled, both are very polite, very professional, very efficient and considerate of our home. I will undoubtedly contact Farrell's Plumbing for any future plumbing needs and have since recommended his company to other prospective clients.

They responded to an emergency call and changed their schedule to get to us right away. They arranged for other contractors to move part of our porch and got us a temporary fix. They finished the work the next day and were prompt and professional. One of the best experiences I have ever had with a contractor (if not the best). I would recommend them without reservation.

Great experience. Had several people give me a quote. Many didn't even know what to do or how to do the task. Pat came over in a day off my call and gave me an estimate. He clearly knew what he had to do and the quote was by far lower than many. Work was done in a timely fashion, he applied for City permit and inspection was a breeze. They even installed my gas stove for a nominal charge. I definitely recommend Farell plumbing and heating for gas related work.

I've had numerous plumbing companies perform work for me in the past 28 years but I finally found a dependable and honest company. I had some old copper piping that was springing up pinholes everywhere. So I had Farrell Plumbing take care of the issues and Ryan, Robbie, and Paul provided excellent customer service with the highest level of professionalism. I highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs. Not only did they do an excellent job, but they went out of their way to see that I was satisfied, and even cleaned up everything so there was no mess. From now on I will only do business with them and recommend them to everyone I know.

I woke up to water pouring out in my front yard. Needless to say I was freaking out! It was either the water meter or the sprinkler system, I could not tell. I called and within 45 min (or less) Farrell Plumbing was there, turning off the water (it was the sprinkler system) and calming me down. It was a broken valve, there was nothing I could have done. I had the sprinkler company come as well and Farrell Plumbing took the time to talk to me about the best way to fix the issue. What happened and why and what would be the most cost effective way to move forward. Before they left they did a check of the house and fixed small maintenance items. I am thankful to Farrell Plumbing, their knowledge, honesty and professionalism is always above and beyond! Thank you!!!!!
