They came early morning and even though they were a few men short stayed until the job was done as promised at 8:30 pm. They clean up was great only found a few things the next day. There was some damage to a bedding bush and flowers due to things coming off the roof but they offered compensation for this damage. They were the only company that would work with me in removing the solar panels that had been on the roof for 38 years. Helber is great to work with and I would give him my highest recommendation. He was prompt and came at the appointed times to meet. He responded to my emails quickly and offered great customer service.

I had spoken with Halber and scheduled an appoint fo Saturday at noon. The first thing that impressed me was that he showed up and was early, I point this out because I had set appointments with three other companies and they never showed or called so again thank you Halberfor showing up and being professional. You didn't just go up on the roof and tell me what was wrong you took pictures and showed me the problem and explained the repairs that were needed. I will recommend you to my friends.

I had a leak in my roof and other issues found by Mr. Serrano. Mr. Serrano contacted me right away after I submitted the job through HomeAdvisor. He completed the job soon after my authorization. Several days later it rained and I checked the leak site. Unfortunately, it was still leaking. I sent an email to Mr. Serrano and he came back immediately to fix the leak. It has since rained and I confirmed the leak is indeed repaired. I truly appreciate his courtesy, professionalism, and extremely prompt service. My experience is that roof leaks are difficult to fix the first time and feel that Mr. Serrano did a very good job overall. I would hire him again.

Great job in determining the problem during the free estimate complete with photos on top and the underside of the roof. Repairs in this case were completed immediately which was appreciated due to expected snow fall to follow. I definitely recommend this company and will be a repeat customer as needed.

They were very responsive to quickly get me an estimate for a small project to do a storm repair to my shed roof. When delivering the materials, he got stuck in my ditch. During the project, they would have overlooked repairing the some damaged boards under the shingles had my wife not checked on the project. Discussed some other potential projects to my property, but they didn't seem to have any strong interest to follow-up.

They came out, gave an estimate that was more than reasonable for a full asphalt shingle roof and came out, on a holiday, and completed the job within a single day. Overall very pleased with their work and price. The concern I had was that when I tried to get an estimate on some additional projects I needed done, could not get them to contact me at all.
