Description of Work: Through Home Warranty (so I only paid $50) they fixed multiple small problems such as leaky shut off valves. They didn't do anything extra, which is OK. Didn't fix the bathroom shower diverter, but the warranty company said it was not covered. I feel it should have been. I can't really blame the plumber since he would not have been paid for the work.

Description of Work: C&P Plumbing was assigned to me by my Home Warranty company to replace my water heater. They insisted that I pay for additional and unnecessary parts and services (galvanized pan and compression tank) that was not covered by my home warranty provider. I was told that Stafford County requires the additional out-of-pocket parts/services/costs totaling over $350. However, when I contacted Stafford County's code compliance and public works office, I was told that there was no such requirement. C&P Plumbing insisted on the installation in order to replace the water heater and insisted that I pay the additional, unwarranted services. Their practice is fraudulent and predatory!

Description of Work: There was a misunderstanding about the appointment time. When I called I felt I was being treated in a rude and condescending manner. I asked to speak to the supervisor and she was even ruder and more condescending. I was aggravated and not on my best behavior, however I didn't yell, curse or in anyway disrespect her as she did me so imagine my utter shock when she hung up on me! I called back to discover that the second lady had not only hung up on me she had cancelled my appointment. The third lady acted as if that was no big deal and seemed unconcerned that any of this had happened. I've used C and P many times in the past and always thought very highly of the plumbers who've come to my home. I WAS a loyal customer but not anymore.
