The kitchen cabinets were not properly sanded and were rough to the touch. He refused to correct the problem. They also have runs from the stain. I am now faced with selling a home that has inadequate kitchen cabinets and it is embarrassing. He also failed to install any shelves. I will have to hire a second contractor to correct the problem.
