Needed to clean our HVAC and dryer vents - made an easy appointment at a time that worked for us. The cleaning crew actually arrived 2 hours before our window, but luckily we were home. Work was done efficiently and they cleaned up well. We did duct cleaning, and some mold was found so that was treated and sanitized, and that really ballooned up our bill, but I guess that's the price you pay for not cleaning every 18 months or so.

The company did not give information on their range of services before hand, and when they came they insisted on doing a number of "related" services. They cleaned a dryer vent that had just been cleaned and replaced. They left debris in my living room and other areas of my home after cleaning the air ducts. When I checked the "sanitized areas, there was no evidence of sanitization. I would not hire them again.

I had a great experience with Safe House. I had the air ducts cleaned and sanitized prior to moving in to our home. We had a neighbor park in front of our gate and I was so upset because the equipment wouldn’t fit due to not being able to open the gate all the way. These gentlemen did not just say o well reschedule, they took the gate door off the hinges and were able to fit the equipment through. When they were done they reinstalled the gate! I cannot say enough that they will go the extra mile to provide you with great service. Highly recommend.

While the technician provided good service, there was an accident that I am still trying to resolve with the company. The company has been less than responsive it's been more than 2 months and they still haven't fixed it. They call and don't come back. It's been a nightmare dealing with them.

The service was excellent. Apparently, the ducts have never cleaned in this home and now we have assurance that we are not breathing in dust and mildew!

Be careful of the quote you get over the phone. Until they come to assess you house the quote won't be accurate. My service ended up being double what I was quoted and I hadn't planned for that . They said I needed a deep cleaning so that was an extra $150. But customer service was very helpful and reduced it by $50.

well - the worker broke a vase in front of our house and did not even tell us he did it. Secondly, there was a minor discrepancy in the rate and the person did not bother to cross check with the office. Lastly, no one called to apologize for the broken vase. They were so sweet before they got the check but later no news..........

I scheduled a date that they were late on due to another house having issues. Scheduled them the next day and they called prior to arriving and did an excellent job. The price was higher than quoted due to them having to brush my main vent since it wasn't cleaned in awhile. Price was still good.

Went very well! They came early. Eddy and his teammate were very thorough with air ducts, dryer vent and carpet cleaning. He answered all my questions and explained what he was doing. Went above and beyond!
