Roof Real Clean is in the business of Roof Cleaning. We do not use subcontractors, our employees are Professional Roofers. We carry liability and workers compensation insurance. At Roof Real Clean we give free estimates, no trip charges and no DEPOSIT REQUIRED to start a job. Please Mention that you're an Angie's list member, and Roof Real Clean will clean your gutters free of charge. ROOF REAL CLEAN uses a very low pressure roof cleaning process that removes Algae, Moss, Mold, Mildew and Lichen Colonies on your roof. We use roof cleaning system and have found it to be the most effective way to get rid of the unsightly dark streaks and stains. The low pressure roof cleaning product we use is chlorine free and is designed specifically for cleaning asphalt roofs. Our chemical is non-harmful, 100% biodegradable and will not harm your grass, plants, or pets. Award winning.

The whole process went well. They provided an estimate over e-mail. The worker showed up on time and went about his work quickly. He finished in about 2 hours and gave me an assessment of the overall condition of my roof. The roof looks great now - all moss and stains are gone.

Wow! What an amazing job Roof Real Clean! My roof desperately needed a cleaning. Not only did Roof Real Clean did a top notch job, but they also advised me of my roof's condition for the future. Thiago was an exceptional worker! Very punctual, polite, professional and conscientious. We can't recommend this company enough--called them after seeing their van on Reston Parkway as we were looking for someone to clean oak leaf stains off our roof and had trouble finding someone reliable, insured, plus did a good job (and didn't use bleach). Thiago came by the same day, gave us a terrific price, and showed up a few days later. This is a rare company that cares most about the customer being completely satisfied before they send an invoice. They also know their work is top quality so they are confident you'll be satisfied and won't ask them to return to take care of something that was missed. Wonderful to work with, plus Thiago cleaned parts of the roof that had never been cleaned and almost certainly prolonged the life of our shingles. (Everyone else only cleaned what you can see from the street). They also use environmentally safe products--if we could give more than an A rating, we would.

From the beginning, Thiago was responsive and provided a detailed quote of the work to be done. On the day of the service, he did a thorough job cleaning my roof and was able to remove all of the stains. My roof now looks like new and even guests have commented. Thiago even went above and beyond repairing a seal on one of my roof exhaust vents and cleared the rain gutters while he was up on the roof. This company stands by and follows through with what they promise. Thiago is very pleasant to deal with and does great work. Will call again!

One reason for my choice was because Roof Real Clean uses a non-toxic cleaner that does not harm plants or animals. I have lots of plants and we have wild and domestic animals that go through my yard - along with people. A second reason was the low-pressure washing, so the integrity of the shingles is not compromised. I could not have picked a better company. Thiago responded promptly to all calls and emails. My neighbor needed the same services so we got an awesome deal as both our roofs can be reached with one ladder. Thiago was able to fit me in within a short time. He let me know when he was arriving, and when he was nearing completion so I could come home and view the work prior to making payment. The work was excellent. Both roofs look like new. My gutters were pretty clean anyway but were very clean by the time he was done. My neighbor's gutters were a mess and they were cleaned as well. Thiago also did an excellent job of cleaning up. After cleaning the roof, the front and back of the house had bits of moss and algae stuck to the brick. He washed everything off from the gutters on down so not only is the brick clean, but my gutters and fascia board are, too. I didn't take any pictures, but you can see examples here [*** Link removed ***] Those photos where half the roof is dark and half is light - they are not photo-shopped. My roof was drastically lighter where it had been cleaned as well. It was like magic. I am extremely pleased with every aspect of my interaction with Thiago. I love the results and will definitely contact this company again when my roof needs another cleaning.

Thiago and Ismael are absolutely great. They are knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Once I submitted my request for an estimate, they came out and assessed by property and the work needed. They were also very accommodating with regards to answering questions about the cleaning products and the process they use to clean the property. Thiago and Ismael pressure washed my basement walkout stairs/walls, driveway and the vinyl siding o the rear of my house. I must say, they did an outstanding job. They were able to clean the green algae, dirt, and grime from the stairs and siding, as well as the dirt, oil and paint stains from the driveway. I am thoroughly impressed with their service.
