Real1Construction fixed a roof leak and preformed a roof inspection. They found and fixed several exposed nails and re-sealed the caulking around multiple through-roof fixtures as part of their free inspection. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Initial work was to repair roof leak allowing rain to enter the house and damage ceiling in one room. The leak was discovered at 9;15 pm one evening, After alerting insurance company, I checked with Angie for possible contractors. At 10:28 pm the same evening, Jason of Rea1 Construction, called and suggested installing a tarp over the roof. This was done by 7:30 am the following day plus additional water damage was noted one the roof and that was repaired with in two days. To say that I am pleased with the work and Real1 would be a understatement, Janson was very timely, professional, knowledgeable and a real pleasure to work with. Have passed his contact Information on to two others. Quite simply, if I ever have additional work to be done...Janson and Real1 Construction with do it!

During a recent storm, limbs from our trees sheared off and damaged our roof. At least one punctured the roof and water leaked into our bedroom. It was a weekend, and many companies were closed. Jason not only took our call while getting ready to travel, but made sure that one of his men got to our house that day before it rained again. A tarp was installed and has continued to protect our home during subsequent storms. The staff we interacted with extremely competent and pleasant.

Extremely fast responses. Paid attention to what we needed, didn't try to oversell. Planning to hire them again as other projects come up around the house. Highly recommended.

We had an emergency in the winter during the pandemic. They didn't not hesitate or put us on a wait schedule. We discussed the necessary details to the solution and set up a work date. The price was reasonable and attainable. They came out at the said time to begin work and informed us every step of the way through the process to ensure our safety and a timely service. The entire crew was courteous and pleasant. If dad had any areas that he questioned, they took care of it immediately. I would recommend them for anyone looking for roof work.
