Very well except one dog still had some knots. They look amazing and neighbors keep asking where do we groom our dogs.

We have our Golden Retriever groomed here every 2-3 months. He gets a heavy trim and he always looks marvelous. Even when they have to shave off a few mats they do a good job of hiding the area that's shaved.

Great! They gave my Saint Bernard a breed-appropriate groom job at an unbeatable price. The only thing I wish is that they offered furminator (deep coat brushing and undercoat hair removal).

We found this place on Angie's List.  They worked us in fairly quickly -- asked us to drop our cat off in the morning and pick up that afternoon.  At the shop I asked if there's a way to be more precise in scheduling -- cats are particularly stressed from such foreign surroundings.  We were told that if we call, they can often do 'walk-ins' while the owner sits and waits; it apparently depends on how their day's line-up is going, just as in a doctor's office.  Our cat seemed relatively calm and looked ADORABLE!!   I couldn't resist hugging him all the time -- like a living chamois.  I didn't find any nicks or missed areas.  A perfectly-coifed mini-lion.  The price was reasonable, as were their vaccination requirements (unlike our vet clinic which insisted on several vaccinations that should be optional.)  Location is a bit dicey - in a strip mall on a busy 4-lane highway; tricky to access during morning commute/ drop-off time.

I have been going to this groomer for about 3 years.  They are friendly, professional and my dog LOVES being there.  The dogs there all seem calm and happy and they always call to tell me when my dog is ready for pick up. They also ask WHEN I would like to do the pick up and try to accomodate my schedule. There drop off times are long enough to fit early and late drop offs and they are open on Saturdays as well.  There is a steady flow of dogs in and out but the folks seem calm and collected.   I drive 30 minutes each way to go to this groomer even though there are groomers in McLean.  I tried one that was so rude and rushed and almost mean that I never went back to that McLean spot instead searched and found this wonderful place.  Luke the owner is so nice and Danielle my dogs groomer is exceptional in her skills (I would say seeing how Luke works with dogs he too is exceptional)
This place does not LOOK fancy - it isn't in fact but it has everything that a dog needs and more.  It is in a fairly scant shopping strip but boy oh boy do not let that fool you.  They are great.

I have never had a bad experience with Purrfect  Grooming I primarily take my golden there for bathing and dematting and fur removal He come back smelling great and his coat is so soft His nails are neatly clipped Golden don't require a lot of fancy clipping and trimming but my dog always looks great when I pick him up

After moving to the area ten years ago I shopped around and tried a number of groomers without success so I continued to take my dog to NYC to our previous groomer.  Needless to say, this wasn't convenient nor inexpensive. Then a number of years ago a colleague recommended Luke at Purrfect Grooming and I've been going to him ever since.  I have long haired dog who matts if not properly groomed - a Wheaten - and Luke does a great job with her.  She trusts him as do I.  I whole-heartedly recommend Luke.

They're wonderful.  I would definitely recommend them.

We've been going to Purrfect Groomers for a long time (possibly 6 years?). My dog always looks good, and is happy when we drop him off and pick him up. Luke is really good with my dog who gets a little nervous and barks. You have to schedule at least 2 weeks in advance as it's hard to get in on any shorter notice. They are flexible as we have to travel a bit to drop him off so we bring him in a bit later than expected but also pick him up at the end of the day.

They're very nice and my dog likes to go there. She gets immediate affection. It's a small place but the do a grand job with grooming.. and they do more than grooming. She's a happy dog while there.

We've been going for two years now, and they are always consistent and great with my dogs. We adopted/rescued our dogs, so they are very timid and scared at first with new people/situations, and John and Luke do a wonderful job with them. They always look great! They've often squeezed me in the schedule when I've had to get them in prior to leaving for a trip.
