They were busy but they recommended someone to me, who was very good. They were very good over the phone.

Profitness did a very good job. They moved the machine for me just fine and fixed a squeak that was quite loud.
They were very careful with the machine and brought it in and set it up nicely. They were courteous and professional in every way. Roberto did a great job and I would definitely recommend them!

I called Roberto and not only did he fit me in, but we found a time the same day for him to come and take care of breaking down the equipment and moving it in sections across the family room to a new work out room we had just finished. Nothing was dinged or damaged; the equipment was put back exactly to specs; the clean up was professional and the entire job was done to a T. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting to deal with an independent professional and not a big national company. 2 thumbs up for Pro Fitness Movers...!

I purchased a Body Solid home gym on Craigslist and needed to have it disassembled, moved and reassembled. I found Pro Fitness Movers on Angie's List and sent them an email requesting a quote. Roberto responded right away with a quote, which I thought was reasonable considering the size and complexity of the equipment. Roberto was able to schedule the move within a few days. He and his colleague arrived at the pick up location on time and disassembled and loaded the equipment within a couple of hours. This was a major accomplishment considering the previous owner didn’t have any of the manuals.
Roberto transported the equipment about 20 miles with no damage. On arrival, Roberto was able to properly assemble and set up the equipment within an hour and a half without instructions. It was obvious Roberto knew what he was doing. After setting the up the equipment, he made sure the equipment settings were adjusted to fit me and everything was working well. Roberto and his colleague were extremely professional, efficient and
their pricing was reasonable. I would recommend Pro Fitness Movers.

Service incomplete. Called and sent email. person replied and asked for make , model #, never heard from him again. Been a week since receipt of email from service person and no response/reply. Cannot wait for a reply need equipment repaired and need to use for good fitness. Found a reliable repair solution and equipment will get repaired by end of this week.

They were very good. They knew exactly what I wanted and quoted a reasonable price to move my treadmill and came to carry out the move on time. The technician even gave us some good advice on how to look after our treadmill. I did call another company before Pro fitness but found them difficult to deal with. I will use Pro fitness movers again if needed.

There were 2 visits - the initial visit to figure out the problem, and then the actual repair. Roberto came to my home to check my treadmill. He asked questions about the problem and what was happening while I used the treadmill. He also tested the equipment to determine the problem. The problem was the rear roller. He also let me know that the bad roller was slowing down my treadmill and that it was causing my motor to work harder. So the solution was to replace the rear roller. So he wrote down the part number and recommended an online site to purchase the part. After receiving the roller, I scheduled the repair. My treadmill is working great again.
