My experience with Naudus was excellent. I was able to make an appointment easily and was pleased when they arrived right on time. The man assign to our job did an excellent job cleaning our old, cumbersome, wooden windows. He was courteous and a very hard worker. Prior to hiring Naudus, I obtained bids from two other companies, both A-rated on Angie's List. The other companies quoted me a total price that was twice as much as Naudus' bid. I would highly recommend Naudus and will plan to use them again in future years.

I contacted Naudus on a Friday, the two man crew came on Monday, as scheduled, and finished in an hour and a half. The charges were $7/window. The work was done quickly and professionally. We are completely satisfied and look forward to using them again.

They have been fine. If our tenants have used them for other things, I don't know. They may have also used them for doing the outside windows but I am not sure. I just tell the tenants that Stanley Naudus is the person that they have to use for gutter cleaning and I have to have the receipt. They are reasonably priced. I do not know what the price is but they are a lot cheaper than another gutter company. They show up, because sometimes when you are not there, people do not show up and send you a bill. They have been very responsive. I could usually get them out to a property within a week which is important. For me, it is very easy to work with them. I can give them a credit card over the phone and they will send me the receipt. They are very easy to deal with and their pricing is good. I am using them again. In fact, I have a tenant that is moving out at the end of this month and I am just writing the email because they have to use approved vendors and that is already in this letter that they need to use them.

Stephen and another gentleman showed up on time and gave us a specific estimate (we had a ballpark estimate when we scheduled the appointment) for the work. They worked quickly and professionally and did excellent work. When there were issues with a window (e.g. existing scratch or stain) they communicated with us and showed us the specific issue. Overall the windows, sills, and screens look great and we would definitely use them again.

We've got a lot of windows on one corner of the house -- some pretty high off the ground -- I thought it was too good to be true that someone would wash them all for under $200, and it was. The way they count windows is different from what I thought, so good that they give an estimate on the spot. I asked them to do just the high windows and I'd do the deck windows myself. Guys were good, prompt, conscientious, no quibbles and stuck to their estimate. No issue with their work.

They are fabulous and very reasonably priced.

Handled a major addition for our house. Stayed on schedule and on budget. Had some fixes after the project which is expected and they handled quickly and without question. Flexible and great to work with. Gutter cleaning also a great value too. Would highly recommend.

Had Naudus Window and House Cleaning SVC wash my windows inside and outside plus clean the screens. The price is very competitive. When I schedule them I let the neighbors know so they can schedule also. They do a good job and are quick. I have used them for years and like the service they provide.

It went very well, the price was very good. He was very knowledgeable and has a wide range exerience. also willing to do small jobs.

All was fine ... routine maintenance

Mr. Naudus was more responsive then anyone else I had contacted. He sent two fellows to my home. The window washer and his brother stated that this job was going to be difficult. They got done with my windows and they were beautiful. The best I have ever seen them. They also did a beautiful job power washing my deck. I did however walk into my bathroom and I noticed that when they had stepped out of the window he had broke my toilet paper holder somehow. It was on the ground and pieces of my wall were on the ground. I called the company and Mr Naudus sent someone out to fix the problem. It took a while to correct this issue because calls weren't promptly returned.

We are in the process of trying to sell our house and our realtor referred them. We initially called them out for all sorts of estimates including cleaning the windows, the carpets and the whole house. The guy showed up on time for the estimate. The estimate was pretty high except for cleaning the carpet so we decided to use another company for everything else and them for the carpet. They were half an hour late for the appointment. It was difficult to communicate with them because don't speak Spanish. They steam cleaned anything they could get to without moving furniture. I was disappointed that they didn't pull the couch to the side and get the whole room. I couldn't seem to communicate with them that was what I wanted. I didn't say it in the contract so I am partially at fault. They didn't even move 8 pound dumbbells so I was pretty disappointed. For what they did, they did well. They were pretty professional but they didn't go above and beyond.

Workers showed up a bit early, which was OK, and had all the windows and screens washed within a couple of hours. They even brought a broken ourside window frame to my attention and recommended that they do not open the window so as not to damage it any further.

They came when they said they would (weather permitting) and cleaned the gutters. No leaves or other debris were left in the gutters, so I am pleased.

They had to wash twice with special stain removal material to remove previous stain. This was particularly difficult and left the wood and quot;fuzzyand quot;. I spent a weekend sanding the decks since I was not sure they would do this. However, they returned another day to wash again, sand and then to stain - two coats. Much of the wash debris was not cleaned from the areas near the decks.
They tried to increase the price based on the extra work, but in the end billed me as agreed. The quality was satisfactory.
The workers were pleasant and behaved professionally.

They tried to do all the work in an hour, so I do not they were as thorough as they could have been. If they had taken their time, they could have done a better job.

They did a great job. They showed up on time, counted all the windows and gave me an exact price for the job, and when I accepted they went to work. It took about 4 hours to clean about 35-40 windows, almost all of which had storm windows as well. The quality of the work was excellent, and I plan on using them again.

When they arrived they were on time and polite. They were wearing uniforms so I knew that I was dealing with a good firm. They cleaned the windows, squeegeed them and cleaned the screens. The windows were not squeegeed perfectly though.

They do a good job. If I need my windows cleaned I will definitely call them.

Very professional, courteous and accomodating on the phone. They were able to schedule us at relatively short notice at a time that was convenient for us. They arrived on time, and completed the job quickly and the price was very reasonable. They took out and replaced all screens which was very helpful as they are a pain to take in and out. However, we had several issues with the individual who cleaned the windows on the inside--we asked him to re-do a few windows; unfortunately some of the issues we only noticed after the team had left. For a few windows, there were dirty hand marks left on the walls around the window. On others, they left debris that was in the tracks of the window on the sill, or on the floor/counter by the window. Several windows had dirty water marks around the latch which weren't cleaned and were very noticeable. If we weren't moving, we would likely use them again, because the price was good, but we'd be much more vigilant of making sure they worked cleanly in our home.

They did a very thorough job. They were very professional and friendly. They have a reputation in our neighborhood for being very good.
