I had Mayco Andrade Plumbing come to my house to give me a free estimate on repairing or replacing my toilets, replacing my kitchen faucet and replacing the pop-up drain in my master bathroom. The plumber Ariel took his time and explained everything to me. He also told me he would recommend me replacing the entire toilet because if you repair it, it could leak. I searched for other plumbers to compare the estimates however, every other plumber I called charged a fee for an estimate. They would wave the fee if I decided to go with that company. I did not want to pay an estimate fee so I called to schedule Mayco Andrade Plumbing. Ariel came back to my house. When he went to shut the water off to replace the kitchen faucet. He noticed I needed new valves. Again he explained what having bad valves meant. I decided to replace the valves and Ariel replaced them first. I was always watching him and asking questions. He always took his time to explain everything to me. I really love my new faucet, toilets, and I'm glad the drain works in my master bathroom.

We had an emergency -water from our bathroom water valve leaking into the kitchen. It was a night and a holiday and the owner came right away and fixed the leak. He gave us a written estimate first and then did the work and cleaned up after. Ariel Andrade is very professional and knowledgeable and I would hire him again without hesitation.

I know that replacing toilets isn't exciting, but working with Ariel was great. We had a model picked out, and he mentioned some other options, but there was no pressure to pick one model over another. In addition, he gave us several price estimates, include one in which we bought our own toilets. We ended up doing some additional research and selected one of the models that he suggested. He just finished the installation, and he was quick, courteous, professional, and thorough. He told us about any potential problems, and things that we should consider when we renovate our bathrooms. I intend to use him again, should the need arise and recommend him unequivocally.
