Great price and workmanship, very poor communicator.

Mr. Sanchez was prompt, showed up when he said he would, listened to what we needed and did exactly what we asked. His price was reasonable and his team was very courteous and professional. Our job was a small patio so it was not a big construction job, but we had a very good experience with J Sanchez Masonry and would hire them again if we needed them.

He was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and honest! He listened to my concerns, and explained in detail what the issues were and how he would address them! I was thoroughly satisfied!

Jose called me about 5 minutes after I submitted the request and we met for an estimate later in the day. I told him I needed a no-frills repair to meet county code and that I needed the job completed ASAP. He rearranged his schedule to come back the next day and when I got home the job was complete and everything looks great. He helped me out tremendously as the county demanded that the job be completed immediately. I would recommend him to anyone.

J Sanchez Masonry replaced my concrete driveway within 2 weeks after the initial estimate and it only took a day and a half to do the work and the driveway looks good. Very reasonable price

He even noticed (and documented) several items that I had failed to highlight. His estimate was very fair and competative. He completed the work thoroughly and on time. Felt he and his crew did a very good job at a very good price for our drive and front porch replacement. Few but very minor finish issues in a couple of areas but are not very noticable.

Mr. Sanchez was very professional and courteous from beginning to end. He explained the different steps involved in building a patio and made recommendations regarding drainage and types of bricks. The price was very competitive as well. Mr. Sanchez completed the job in a timely fashion and he even had the courtesy of putting down some tiles in front of my shed (I was going to do it, but they did a much better job than I could have done). Project: Mr. Sanchez tiled two patios with Pennsylvania flagstone, created an 8 linear foot sitting wall, flagstone steps, and replaced a 16-17 linear foot wood retaining wall (for flowerbeds) with a brick retaining wall. Experience: Mr. Sanchez gets an A+ from me because he did high quality work in a timely fashion, left the area immaculate when he was done working, and offered excellent ideas based on his extensive experience that, in the end, created a better result than what I had envisioned. Nice people to work with who cared a lot about how the project impacted our daily lives. Very courteous and professional. They showed up when they said that would and left things in functioning order in between days. Our expanded front flagstone porch blends well and is such a great improvement. I hired J. Sanchez Masonry to re-point brick where water was leaking into my house. The mortar he re-pointed has cracked and water is still leaking into my house just a few months later. Mr. Sanchez is will not return my calls so he obviously does not stand behind his work.

He gave us a fair price, kept me updated when he thought he might be late to our estimate appointment, did great work, and left the area cleaned up.

My husband gave Mr. Sanchez the wrong dimensions for the pad. Mr. Sanchez was finishing the pad when I noticed the smaller dimensions. I asked if he could increase the size and he was able to accommodate my request instantly and efficiently. My only caution is I am finding that you must be very specific about your request. My husband asked him to pour the pad up next to the fence, but figured forms would be built all the way around and not literally poured against the fence posts and slats. As a result, we lost 3" of usable space. We will use again though for another concrete/brick project next summer.

Mr. Sanchez did an excellent job, he was very professional. His work was superb. He gave a fiar price and was very easy to deal with. His workers maintained a clean work site and cleaned up very well after they left. I would recomend J. Sanchez Masonry very highly.
