Econize Closets and Blinds

This is the second time I used Econize for closets. I used them in my last condo as well and I'm convinced the design helped with improving the rental rate. I requested David again and as always, he came on time, was professional, and somehow knows what I'm asking for and gets the design better than I could have explained and close to the price I was comfortable with. David always schedules the install before he leaves so I know when the installation will take place. I consulted with many other designers before I used Econize the first time and I now I know to just keep calling Econize. They are professional, friendly, punctual and reasonably priced.

Less than a year ago, I had closet organizing systems put in my closets. They have been the best! During my recent bathroom remodel, my bathroom contractor told me that an access panel would need to be cut in my guest bedroom closet, along a panel Econize had installed for my organizing system. I was a bit worried about removing a piece of the panel and compromising my closet setup. So, I contacted my primary sales contact at Econize, David, to consult with him on how best to address this situation. He was responsive to my emails and called me to discuss the photos I provided. He even offered to send out Steve, who did my installation, to make the cut in the side panel of the organizing system. I took him up on the offer because I didn't want to have my contractor damage their prior work. David worked within the timeframe I provided since my contractor would be cutting the access panel in a matter of days. Steve came out, listened to my concerns, talked through what would happen, made the appropriate cuts and modifications, reinforced the integrity of the organizational system's structure and it was done. So happy that I worked with Econize. They continue to deliver great customer service. It really stands out among so many service providers and techs that do not communicate well, arrive in a timely manner or respond satisfactorily to special requests.

This was the best experience I had. I searched around and working with David was exceptional. He listened to my needs and wants and gave me a price I couldn't resist. I committed to having Econize on the spot. The installers showed up and were excellent professionals. They even hung my ironboard rack on the installed closets for me. I am also proud that this is a family owned business and can tell they take pride in their work. I am moving soon and may use them in my next house.

It was wonderful. It was a very positive experience. Dave was the designer. He spent a couple hours with me, going over what I needed and took measurements to craft a design that was functional and practical and aesthetically pleasing. On the day of the install, the installers were Jack, Anthony, and Joe. They were prompt and extremely courteous. They were very careful when they were bringing in the materials. Jack, in particular, explained to me exactly what they were going to do. He called me in to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. They were treating it as if it were their own office. They are all superb employees.

David from Econize came to our house to measure the space and asked me questions about what I was looking for. He designed the storage space for me, and made updates based on my feedback. They have a number of colors and style options to choose from as well. The guys who came out to install the shelving were prompt and courteous. They worked quickly and professionally, and were helpful to my husband who still needed to install a light switch before they could put in the unit. They put everything together, showed us how we could move around the shelves as needed, and made sure we were happy with everything. They cleaned up their work area very well before leaving.

Third time and STILL the charm! 

This is the third time we have used Econize for closet/organization projects.  Each time we have used them we have been equally pleased and have nothing but praise for their professionalism, customer service, and can-do attitude. 

We just had a garage system installed and are 100% thrilled with it!  Econize assisted with design, color, hardware, etc.  They have excellent brochures, website, and even an onsite showroom in Falls Church for ease of reference when choosing your design.  My husband and I already had an idea of what we wanted for our garage, so the selection was super easy.

The crews arrived on time and were finished ahead of schedule and left the work area in impeccable shape.  There were two items that needed to be ordered after the fact and were done so expeditiously. 

My husband loves the garage so much he wants to put a TV in it! :)

The EcoNize people are careful and thoughtful professionals. They showed up on time for the design discussion and measurement of the space. The options and possibilities were made clear, and they had a great computer program on a laptop that helped me to visualize the end result. They made suggestions, but never pushed any particular design or material. They priced it fully on the spot, we signed a contract, and they were even willing to make a change 24 hours later when I thought of an additional need. The installation was done exactly at the time and date they said it would be done. When they arrived they told me how long they expected it to take, they took care not to do any damage to the surrounding walls and rooms, and did a beautiful job. When finished, we did a walk-thru and they explained the system. I've enjoyed the closets for almost a month....no, to be more precise I am loving the closets. I highly recommend EcoNize.
