College Hunks Hauling Junk was very responsive, punctual, and polite. The coordinator contacted me within one hour of my initial on-line request to book a pickup for the following day. Upon discovering an opening in the schedule, the pickup team called to inquire about arriving 30 minutes earlier than planned. They removed the box spring and completed the paper work before they were scheduled to begin.

Everything went smoothly and hassle-free. First contacted College Hunks Hauling Junk using their online form on a Thursday night and indicated that I needed the work done fairly quickly. Got a phone call first thing Friday morning and they said they could schedule me that afternoon between 3-5 pm. Company called me that afternoon and said that they would be there around 4-4:15 pm. Guys and truck arrived on time; did a walk through of the items that needed to be removed; was given a very competitive quote for the hauling; okayed it; and work was begun immediately. Within the hour, everything was removed and the truck was loaded. Great bunch of guys; extremely professional; and did everything that was asked of them. Absolutely first-rate!

I needed someone to haul away some old office furniture from my business address. This company was great, extremely helpful, responsive, and I thought the rate was fine, especially since they explained on the phone how the rates were structured. They helped me move other stuff around as well, after removing the old furniture, and although I was visibly pregnant at the time it seemed like they would have done that for anyone. Highly recommended and will use again in future, I even took their card home.

Beware of their pricing schedule. They charge by what percentage of truck space is used to haul you junk. This is VERY subjective. In addition, they wanted to charge us extra for taking a very heavy item, even though they claim the price is set by volume, not weight.

The ''hunks'' (Andrew was our lead contact) were tremendously helpful removing our junk. The guys arrived on time and were extremely professional (starting with a nice call to tell us they were on their way and checking to make sure they had the correct address in the GPS system).
