Very responsive.

We have used Chandler's Plumbing and Heating for various service calls over the past year and a half.  Working with their office staff and plumbing/ heating crew has always been a pleasant experience.  No pushy sales, high price gimmicks, or other nonsense.  They offer excellent deals for their annual heat pump maintenance which keeps everything in working order without the repeated high costs of service calls.  Have more projects planned for the future, and I'll definitely use Chandler as my go to plumbing and heating company.

Before putting in a bid for a house I was considering buying, I called several plumbing companies to get estimates on running a gas line to the kitchen and laundry room so I could replace the electric appliances with gas ones.  Most companies provided ball-park figures over the phone.  Only Chandler's offered to send someone out.  They were very prompt.  Chandler's technician Steve Berry performed a very thorough examination of the possible routes for the lines,, with the various pros and cons and costs.  He also provided options for replacing the current "under the microwave" range vent with a fully vented vent.  Steve's estimates were in line with, if not slightly lower than, the other estimates.   In the end, I did not purchase the house and so did not use Chandler's services, but I certainly would have used them had I bought the house.  And I will certainly consider them strongly for any plumbing needs in my current home.

It took a lot longer than just putting on a faucet. It was a lot more involved. We have a very old house. The original house was built in the 20's and has had additions. If we call them they come. We haven't had any issues. They are reliable and they do good work. They are very dependable. We've used them for years.

Very we.. Plumber was friendly and competent.

The plumber arrived on time.  He called ahead, and had the tools and parts needed to do the work. At our request, he provided tips on other problems we might encounter (at our relatively newly acquired condo) and examined a second toilet.  However, he limited the actual work to what was currently needed.  He worked quickly, and the charges were reasonable.  Overall, he was very pleasant and professional. We will definitely call Chandler's if and when we again need a plumber.  We had the same experience with other Chandler's employees on previous repair visits.

My usual plumber was going to charge a fixed fee for unclogged a kitchen sink, which was over $300! When I called Chandler's, they said that they charge based on time and on average it takes less than a hour to unclog a drain. The person on the phone was very pleasant and accommodating. She scheduled the appointment for 2 days after I called because I requested that date. The plumber could have come out the next day if I wanted.
The work was for a rental property so she said that the plumber would clear any charges with me before doing the work. The tenant was going to let the plumber in, but the plumber would call me. She also said that they would send me an invoice. I never got a call from the plumber. My tenant emailed me after the plumber completed the work and said that the plumber arrived on time and the sink was working great. I called Chandler's to ask about the cost and asked when I would receive an invoice. She told me to expect it in about a week. Over a week later, I still hadn't received an invoice, so I called again and the lady emailed me an invoice.   I was ok with the plumber not calling me because there weren't any unexpected charges. Overall, I was happy with the plumbing services and would use them again.

Arrived on time. Brought own cleanup supplies. Professional, friendly, and clearly competent. Completed work for quoted price. Provided honest and reasonable estimate for additional bathroom sink replacement.

They were on time and easy to work with. Moved the spigot to the garage based on their suggestion so it wouldn't freeze again. They did the job in under an hour and saved me some money which is greatly appreciated.

I noticed brown stains on the bottom of the shutoff cover.  Called Chandler's.  Tech came promptly and fixed the problem right away.

Very professional service.  The scheduler and service technician were both very courteous and provided prompt service.  The technician, John, was certainly an expert and did a great job at a fair price.   

spoke with Lisa on the phone who was helpful and pleasant - had Donnie come to the house twice - he was on time, professional, and careful - they are clear about their fee structure upfront and charge related return visits as a continuation so you don't have to pay the initial half hour higher rate again
