Second time we've used Chandler's and both times we were greeted by the same gentleman (name is not coming to me at the moment but he is awesome).  I've been impressed both times by their professionalism and fairness regarding price.  On the second visit, the gentleman inspected both our attic and problematic toilet to try and figure out the location of the smell.  He realized something I had not - which was that the smell was actually occurring when our bathroom vent was turned on.  From this he was able to determine that it was indeed the toilet gasket and not an issue with ventilation within the house.  He repaired the gasket and it hasn't been a problem since.
We've been impressed with the quality of service, scheduling, professionalism, and promptness.

They warned that the whole pipe may need to be replaced etc and that would cost a lot of money so when they were able to replace just drain I was happy. I don't know if they charged more then someone else would have but it seemed a bit expensive to me for the work done. However, it was done well & relatively quickly.

Chandler's office staff and technicians were always professional and courteous. The technicians showed up on time and were very efficient. When I my air conditioner kept failing, they gave me a quote that included several options at different price points and an estimate for continued repairs to my old unit. The final repairs to electrical outlets and the garbage disposal were completed on time and under the estimated price. I recommended Chandler's to the new owner and to my real estate agent. I hope I can find a company this professional and reliable in my new hometown.

Whew...when I discovered a leaky pipe in a tight corner of my basement ceiling, I was prepared for the worst.  Dave was quick, professional, and managed to cut only a 7x6 inch hole in my ceiling for the repair.  I also appreciate that Chandler's also gives a neighborhood discount to those of us that living right behind the office.

Everything worked well from the scheduling to the arrival time and to the work itself.  Communication was good, and Nate was efficient, professional, and tidy.  Will definitely use them again.

I've used Chandler's for years and just think they are wonderful.  Front office is fantastic for scheduling, etc.  Plumbers are knowledgeable, courteous and true professionals.

Perfect experience.  Good contact up front from the company to schedule a day/time.  Provided a window between 9AM and 1PM.  Donnie showed up a few minutes before 9AM (how often does that happen?!?!).  He quickly identified the problem and replaced the leaky pipe with a new piece (metal, not plastic) and was in and out in 30 minutes.  Would definitely use Chandler's again.

Renee scheduled the appointment for between 9:00 am and 1:00 pm. Donnie called at 9:45 and said he would be at the house at 10:15. He was at the front door at 10:15. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it in 30-35 minutes. Donnie was professional and courteous.

Plumbers are like doctors in a way...they handle the routine stuff fine and all's well; but the real value comes when there's a problem.  We had differing views on how to install a reverse osmosis system (from the company and the county inspector) and troubleshooting a Flushmate toilet part.  We ended up with nothing really working, and I contacted Chandlers to express frustration.  They responded immediately, the manager and a plumber came to reexamine everything and worked through the complications.  Some of the issue was with interpreting the installation instructions and the inspector's point of view -- Jim Miller worked through everything he knew...which is a ton...and we came to a configuration that I'm happy with.  The toilet was just one of those things...didn't go so well, but they totally understood and worked hard to satisfy my frustrations.
They responded exactly the way you'd expect from a company that's tied to the community and their customers.  This experience in no way means I won't use them again -- I'd call them immediately with our next plumbing questions.
