The salesman said the bed would be delivered in 2 weeks at the latest. The bed did not come in 2 weeks so I had to call the store. The reps in the store told me to call the delivery company instead of trying to find out themselves. After multiple phone calls (somehow they got the order mixed up) I was able to get a delivery. On the delivery date, they only deliver the frame instead of the frame and mattress. I had to call Ashley up again....Ashley told me they can't help me and tell me to call the delivery company (who they contracted) After multiple phone calls, they deliver the mattress, only this time they deliver a Queen size mattress instead of a King size mattress. I don't know why they would deliver a queen size mattress for a king size bed frame. After a month and 3 deliveries later I finally got my bed. What's really depressing was the service I got from Ashley. I ordered the item from Ashley... they should take the initiative to find out about the delivery and follow up with me. The customer shouldn't have to be contacting the delivery company asking why they deliver the wrong bed. Ashley should be the one finding out why and solve it. When you call Ashley they act like its not their problem, since they already got your money, you deal with the issues now.
Description of Work: Ordered a king size Tempurpedic bed from Ashley's.

Terrible, I am so angry with this company, I will never buy from them again
Description of Work: They delivered the couch and it was broken. When I contacted customer service, they told me 5-7 business days before a customer service rep would even call me back. Meanwhile, the couch is sitting in my living room, exposed.

Nothing but trouble with both quality and service. Go to Ikea instead.
Description of Work: We bought a leather sofa. From the start it had problems. Less than 2 years old the leather is tearing. Ashley's response after the one-year is "who are you?" We are filing an insurance claim and will provide an update. I am not optimistic and have a feeling the matter will be resolved in court. In the time being, we have a $1000 hunk-of-junk in our family room. Stay away from Ashley.

This company is non-responsive and should not be patronized.
Description of Work: Furniture was to be delivered yesterday between 4 and 8 PM. Then they changed that to 6 to 10 PM. 10 PM no one still showed. At 10:15 driver called and said they aren't coming. No one called the next day. I called 5 times and kept on being transferred to a number that no one answered. Then they said the delivery would have to be re-scheduled for another 7 days hence. Meantime, family is coming for Thanksgiving and will apparently have to sit on the floor. Customer service is the worst. I will never do business with this company again!

I guess the price was adequate for the furniture because furniture is expensive. They were very nice and they weren't rude but I hate salespeople. My only problem was that they literally stalked me when I walked around the store and I hate that. Their store is on two levels and when I went upstairs I was the only person up there and they came up and pretended that they had to check something on the computer. At one time I left the store because I told them that I didn’t want them bothering me. I really liked the couch so I had to go back and get it. I do think they are there for the customers. The couch has not been delivered yet. They said 2-4 weeks and it is the 3rd week. I was with my Mom and my Grandma and the guy kept hitting on me. I felt really uncomfortable and my face was totally red but I know he was just trying to make a sale.
