The Window Decor staff helped us choose high quality blinds that would work for our needs. They arrived on time to measure and help us make our final selections. They returned for installation according to the original time frame. Although one blind was the wrong size, Window Decor returned it, ordered the new one, and was back to install it two weeks later. All of the blinds look great and operate smoothly. It was a pleasure to work with the Window Decor staff.

We bought a new house & wanted to install window treatments right away so emailed Window Decor, asking if they would contact us. We received an email & phone call from Susan, who scoped out what we were interested in. We shared that we'd previously used Hunter Douglas treatments & wanted the same or similar for our new home. Knowing it would take a couple of weeks for treatments to come in, we asked if someone would meet us at the house the very afternoon we closed. Susan said that the owner, Courtland, would be at the house at 1:00. We don't know what we were thinking because we'd also scheduled a couple of other folks to meet us at the house and needless to say, it was a zoo! Regardless, Courtland showed up on time, was very nonchalant about the numerous people in & out of the house & asked us a bunch of stuff to determine what we wanted. We talked about treatments we had in an earlier home & then did a walk-through of each room in the house, talking about lighting, what we wanted to see/not see as we looked at, etc. Based on what we discussed, Court made some recommendations & we selected some treatments whereby he again walked through each room, this time without us, taking measurements & writing up each window treatment so he could provide an estimate. Once he was done, we sat down & discussed the price & did another walk-through of the house to ensure that the type of treatments he'd written for each window was what we wanted. We agreed upon price, put up a deposit & arranged for an installation date & time. Court and Steve showed up on the date & time expected. Right up front, Court shared that a couple of the treatments didn't show up as expected, that he'd already put a call into Hunter Douglas & was doing everything he could to expedite delivery. He then asked us to go into a couple of rooms, asking about treatments we'd discussed for those rooms - sharing that uh-oh, they weren't on the estimate! We discussed this, how we each remembered talking about the treatments for these specific rooms, especially since they faced the street & none of us could understand why they weren't on the estimate. Regardless, he offered to eat the cost completely or if we were willing, could split the difference - at his cost. We felt as responsible about not rechecking the estimate & agreed to split the difference. They completed installation on all items brought that day & due to his professionalism, as well as the work they did, we actually ordered 3 more treatments - which they would deliver & install with the 'missing' treatments. They returned as promised & installed everything as expected. Susan followed up a week later to see if everything was all right, or if we had any questions. There was one blind we thought looked a little odd so sure enough, Steve stopped over, took a look & adjusted it without a hitch. This is a GREAT company; we HIGHLY recommend them!

Service was excellent and prices reasonable. I have used them before for other window treatments and ordering process was easy. They come to your home and measure and then come back once for installation. Installation was very clean, installer was polite and quick.
