USA CABINET STORE

This is our second project done by USA CABINET STORE. After getting our kitchen remodeled, we were anxious to get 2 bathrooms remodeled. Through out the whole project everything was done by its deadline. This company provides excellent customer service from start to finish. The salesmen who works fro them are very wise and know what they are doing. The workmanship was excellent, and the materials were very satisfactory once again. It was a seamless operation.

Contractor picked up or I did.  Quality product for great price- better than other discounters and some items can be ordered and picked up in 2 weeks unlike others in area. USA made.

During initial visits, the staff was wonderful and very helpful, however, once we signed a contract and paid for the cabinets, the wonderful service suddenly turned to horrendous.  There were several delays in getting cabinets that USA Cabinets promised us in one week.  Although delays are not under USA Cabinets' control, keeping the customer informed is.  They completely failed at providing accurate and timely updates.  When we called to complain about their lack of information, the response we got was "too bad."  Their sales rep, Sarah, couldn't be more disrespectful, dishonest, and rude.  When we tried to speak with a manager, we were sent in circles because the manager was not available.  Even though we spoke to the owner, he claimed he couldn't take any necessary actions until the manager returned.  Although I initially understood the owner's reluctance to make any decisions as not to undermine his manager, when the manager did return, she couldn't make decisions without speaking to the owner.  Talk about a run-around....
At the cabinets were delivered, we found out there were still missing parts (crown, end panels, etc.), despite the manager having informed us just one day earlier that all parts were received.  The it took two more weeks to get the missing parts bit by bit.  They even sent us the wrong decorative panel.  Although USA Cabinets did end up delivering everything and replacing the wrong parts, the ordeal was one that had I not stayed on top of them, would have been much worse.  All this when we let them know from our very first visit that we were on a tight schedule due to the work that was being done in our basement (remodeling).
I would never shop at USA cabinets again.  I initially decided to go with them because they promised to deliver the cabinets during the timeframe we needed.  There were other cabinet stores in the area that were upwards of $500 to $700 cheaper.  Turns out the cheaper priced places were more honest when they told us up front that they could not promise delivery dates due to a lot hinging on the cabinet manufacturer.  We decided to go with USA Cabinets, even though they were higher prices because the timelines they promised were more important.  Turns out they are no different than the other stores so in hindsight we should have worked with someone else who was cheaper for the same exact cabinets.  The big difference is the USA Cabinets lied to us and we got suckered in.  Moreover, a clear indicator of a good company is one that is honest with their customers and one that, when mistakes happen, take care of it in a respectful manner and without constantly lying to their customers.

I decided to renovate my house. I wanted to start from kitchen and bathrooms and I spent so much time to find right compnay to go with it. After searching the companies I found Usa Cabinetstore and Usa Marble Granite. They are same company but different branches. I made the contract  for $35,000.00 included kitchen and two of bathrooms remodeling. They provided everything(cabinet, granite, tile, sinks, faucets, knobs and labor ). The office people were so nice and they took care of everything from beginning to end. I was concerning about the communication but later on everything went well. I trusted to them so much and they did a great job.I provided  the paint and appliances that's it. My kitchen had 15 cabinets and also 2 pantries. So the price was affordable include the bathrooms. I really appreciate  to USA Marble.
