Jacob has removed animals and performed exclusion work at apartment complexes, historic houses, restaurants and golf courses from Fredericksburg to Prince Georges County, MD, Washington, DC and from Alexandria to Manassas. It went great!
"Thank you for your kind words. Again I want to thank you for your patience when I couldn't finish the job in the time I normally finish a job. I normally finish a squirrel job in a week or 2 at most. This year has been very difficult. I got the flu right after Christmas, then a week later, my Uncle passed away. Then, I couldn't get to the roof because of the wind (I had to put my 40 foot ladder on the porch stairs in order to get on the roof) and after all that I lost an entire month to snow...At least it's all over now. Enjoy your Critter Free Home!!!"
"Thank you for taking your time to give DWC a review. Raccoons often have their babies in difficult or impossible places for humans (or other predators) to get to. Eviction fluid makes the mother feel threatened in those areas and she will move the babies on her own, resulting in less damage that I have to do to reach them. I want to apologize again for not remembering that you were an Angie's list member. I get customers from several different sources and forget to ask."
"Thanks for your review of DWC. The reason we charge what we do is that we often have to come out several times (to set and check traps and do repairs). Our goal is that when we leave the final time, you don't have to call us back because another animal got in. When we do the inspection, we are looking to see what animal is getting in, where the animal is getting in and where else animals might get in in the future. We take pictures (and sometimes videos too), give an itemized estimate for damage repairs and let the customer decide if they want us to do all of the repairs, some repairs, or if they just want to have someone else do the repairs. Any repairs we do have a 3 year guarantee against animals getting back in that area."
