The delivery went without a hitch. They give you a 4 hour block, but do not call you before arrival.
Description of Work: There are fine prints on the back of the sales receipt which the salesperson did not tell us, i,e,, no refund, cancellation fee is 30% of your total purchase, etc. We were told delivery would be 2 to 4 weeks, but when I called their warehouse, they said my recliner chairs were in but the sofa was on back order and not available till the end of March (that would be 2 months from my purchase date). They could not do a separate delivery unless we wish to pay for it (another $85). We told them we needed the sofa sooner than that and was told to talk to the manager at the store where we made the purchase. So we had to make a trip to the store. That is when he informed us of the cancellation fee if we decide to choose a different sofa. Since the sofa was advertised on sale, he made a few phone calls and able to locate our sofe and scheduled our delivery for the following week. The sofa was on sale the second time we went to the store (less $185) but they said they do not price match what corporate advertises. Be sure to read the sales receipt (back side). I don't remember having to sign this "contract" because I charged it and just signed my credit card receipt.
