"Unfortunately, roaches are almost never eliminated in a single treatment and the technician noted this at the time of the service. In addition, the member was self-treating with Raid, which will provide a short-term fix but interferes with longer-term results because roaches will go deeper to hide or will avoid those areas until the product wheres off. She indicated in her initial call to us that she had been using Raid to treat. Successful pest management is a partnership. We need the homeowner/business cooperation eliminating food sources and harborage, including clutter, for treatments to be effective. We also need good communication about what happens after or between treatments. We never heard from this member."

Even though I purchased the Big Deal for a termite inspection more than a year ago, he still honored the price paid at that time. They were very professional, thorough, and helpful. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others!
We had a bit of a mix-up. I recorded the wrong date or the representative misspoke, regardless I thought they were coming one day and when I called, the treatment was scheduled for a different day. This was no big deal for me because I'm a full-time mom who works from home, but you may want to triple confirm your appointment date/time. I think they do generally call the day before to confirm.
Since the treatment, which happened within the scheduled time, when we've been out, we've been mosquito free. I call it a win.
