"Thank you for reviewing and allowing My Pest Pros to serve you. While we appreciate the great review, I want to share that this was a case where I felt we made a mistake. The technician was not aware of the full service he was supposed to provide. The client was supposed to have an inspection and treatment for rodents, including attempting to block entry points. The technician did not realize that the promotion included trying to patch the entries. While the client felt part of the problem was caused by her husband's lack of awareness about what was supposed to be included, I felt this was our fault. We went right back to the client's home the same day we were contacted and completed the service as it was supposed to be done. Why am I sharing this after a positive review? Because we're not satisfied unless you are happy. Mistakes are going to happen with any contractor. How they deal with it is important. We're going to make you happy!"

He was unprepared and that was unacceptable to us. He also failed to tell us the job was not completed - which we only learned when you called. That again was unacceptable to us. Our clients have high expectations and so do we. We expect our technicians and office staff to perform at the highest level. Mistakes and problems will happen. We know that. But what is key is owning up to what happened, explaining to the client what happened and why, obviously apologizing, and explaining how we're going to fix it. The final step is how we learned from it and making sure we have the processes in place to both identify, avoid and address problems. Hopefully problems will be few But when they do occur, we need to properly address the situation so you are happy."

re: timeliness-the owner himself called me the same day i bought the big deal (which has not happened to me before) and he had his service tech out the next day once i described how bad the mosquitoes were.
they have come back on schedule for the follow up treatments and i would strongly recommend their service.
