In retrospect, they should have offered me the three good tires that they replaced since only one of them was bad. I could have put them on Craiglist or something. I would go back to them with reservations.

It went fine but then I had a small oil leak. I took this car to the dealership, they discovered that a very small part called a crash washer should have been replaced. It was not only not put back/ not replaced, it was missing. So, that explains the oil leak. I have only been back to them once and that was because when they did an oil change, they wanted to do a tire rotation also. However, since I bought all those four tires and the insurance that goes with them I get free tire rotation. So, I have been back to get the tires rotated at Mr. Tire.

I feel like the guys that helped me were very knowledgable about tires. I waited approx. 1 hour (went shopping at wegmans) and came back to find my car ready. For a first experience at this place I felt like they were professional and were also very helpful.

I took my car in for a simple state inspection. I asked how long it would take because I only had 40 minutes and needed to get a Dr. appointment. The person who helped me was incrediblly rude and acted as though my question was insignificant and annoying. He kept saying "we"ll get it right in". Then I sat in the waiting room (where I could still see my car) and it was 20 minutes before anyone came out to get my car. Fifteen minutes later I asked if it was about ready and the guy got mad at me and said "yeah it's ready - I'll just have them put a refusal decal on it". So I got to pay for a service that was not performed or not completely performed and left with a big red sticker that screamed PULL ME OVER!!! to any police officer I passed. After my  Dr. appointment I took the car to another mechanic. I brought the sheet with me from Mr. Tire which stated that they refused to renew my inspection sticker because the rear rotors were too thin. The new mechanic found no problems whatsoever with my car and gave me a new inspection sticker. He specifically checked out my rear rotors and said they were fine. He also told me that on the list of 'reasons to deny a state inspection sticker' rear rotors being too thin doesnt even exist. This was no valid reason to refuse my inspection sticker.
