We had a "domino" effect in that we needed an exterior door trimmed and new threshold installed in order for our tile guy to complete a tile project. Mike Lynch provided excellent and timely service at a reasonable cost. Will definitely use his company again!

Excellent to work with. Everything done on schedule. Took care in the house, very little cleanup for us when they finished. All in all a good experience.

I hired MC Lynch last fall to install a deck and replace my fence. After securing all of the needed permits, I sent 1/2 payment to them and had the work begin. The workers were at my home for one day and did a half decent job installing 1/2 of my fence and digging holes for the deck install. The second day (10 days later) the laborer came and waited for a inspector to proceed, instead of an easy install, the inspector insisted to dig toward the foundation of my home and install the anchors on my house foundation. To do this, they told me it would be additional money, so I agreed to proceed at a negotiated price and we were a go... however after calling and emailing the company nobody came... so I waited and waited and waited six months later, I gave up, I installed the rest of the fence myself and instead of building a deck decided to install a patio with pavers that I did myself. After contemplating small claims to reclaim my paid money, I figured it was a lesson learned that sometimes the lower bid is not the best to go with... my only recourse is my ability to review the incomplete job.

Great job and attitudes

A section of the top siding blew off my townhouse. Mike and his son came to my house for an estimate within a few days. Rain delayed the scheduled work, however they arrived several days later and quickly repaired the siding. The fix looks great and they even went around the other side to secure another piece of siding at no additional charge. The price was very reasonable. Excellent customer service. I intend to use this company again.

Needed this done right away, part of my siding flew off after house was under contract. Mike gave me an estimate based on photos I made, the price was reasonable. Few days later they did the fix, it looks perfect. Got charged the quoted price. Its rare to find contractors for small jobs that don't gouge you with outrages prices or low ball you and then bait and switch. I will hire this company again for future projects. THANKS!

The owner himself came out and meet with me. I told them I was on a time crunch and they not only worked quickly to finish the project, they also did a great job. I would definitely hire them again.

I had a cabinet break on a Sunday night, found them that night and they were there withing 3 days to do an estimate. Their estimate was fair for the work they projected. Scheduled a repair a few days later, and they came and were done in two hours. Two men were very professional and personable. They were early the first time and were relatively on time after a major snow storm which I hugely appreciated. They did not cancel because of poor weather AND they called to let me know they were running behind. I would definitely use these guys again.
