Outstanding installation of 4 pre-ordered cabinets and countertop including rerouting an air duct and moving an electric outlet. Two man crew completed work in an 8 hour period in a highly professional manner. Half the price that Home Depot contractor quoted. Well done.

My completed re-screened door was brought back in worse condition than the original. Multiple openings on both top and bottom as well as sides where insects would get in. Apparently screening was cut too close . In addition the pet protection heavier duty screening I requested was not used and a cheaper low grade was installed. The gentleman was very pleasant but the work shoddy.

They were considerate of my personal privacy, were always appropriate in appearance and conduct, were responsive to my questions and direction, made additional effort to assure my safety during construction, kept to the time schedule, and appeared to minimize waste of materials.. In addition, their knowledge of all aspects of construction was outstanding Its been apleasure to work with you.

Mike Lynch (Sr.) and his two sons, Mike and Robert, won a three-way bid process we followed in selecting a contractor to rebuild much of our screened patio. Mike won the bid based on best value, which included price, materials, responsiveness, professionalism, recommendations, and a comfort level we had in hiring him. Mike completed the work timely, and he explained what he was doing each step of the way. We could easily discuss any aspect of the work and get good answers in return. Mike also found some unexpected and preexisting water damage to the roof of our screened patio. All reconstruction, roofing, & screening were very well done.

Disappointed. I provided a clear explanation to the owner of this company, in person on the job site, stating that I needed assistance with the sheathing because I cannot lift the materials. I asked for sheathing & framing for 2 windows, a simple job. His son came over and wanted to work all alone. I didn't believe that I had to follow after every bit of his labor and check the dimensions. But...on the 1st window the roughout was 64" in height, but my actual window is 64.5" The other window had a more than 1/2" variance in width from top and bottom of the roughout, and the studs weren't even plumb. The sheathing was full of splices and came up short next to my patio door, and when I mentioned this, he just cut some 2" strips as filler. The sheathing I used was Zip system, a specialty coating on OSB which doesn't need Tyvek or any other wrap. The job was so jacked up, that I took it all down and did it myself with a friend. It cost me $180 in wasted Zip wall sheathing. The rest of the job was not done at all, as I didn't want to continue with him. After all of this, the son wanted to charge me more than the original estimate for services. After an email complaint, I was told the check would be returned. After a week, I finally got it.

I was not home when the work was done so my teenage son took care of letting the person in and showing where the work was to be done. The person did a very good job of replacing the window sills and some trim and repainting them. replacing the top of the window casing was quite a bit trickier but done well. The person primed the area and told my son that paint (for outside trim) wouldn't do for the inside trim which was the right thing to do. The outside trim might have needed replacing. They were the highest price but I've tried having work done for the lowest price and it didn't work out.

We had a bunch of quotes and even another contract with a company we found on Service Magic (which fell through, thank goodness) and Mike & his sons came through BIG time!! We were so thankful for their communication on the steps, even when it rained and work was delayed. It gave us a big sense of relief that we weren't just another job for them, they cared about the product and our satisfaction!!
